Starbucks — Restaurant in Derry Township

On Tuesday 6/11/24,My daughter and I were visiting a friend at this hospital and wanted to get coffee for him. Unfortunately I was verbally abused in front of my daughter by an employee. He was screaming at us that we had made the line to order at the wrong place. This was our first time here and he could have been kinder about that. I did report this abuse and was told that he was asked not to do that again instead of writing him or even releasing him of his duties. I was also told that he was new at his job "permitting his behavior" I suppose... well, I was a new customer too and did not offer him my rudeness. Ordered caramel macchiato. It may have been good. Idk. Always like just a pinch of cream added which I do myself so not too much. They ran out, and attendent offered to pour some from behind the counter. I said ok but only a tiny amount. She proceeded to slosh about a third of a cup of cream - overflowed my cup. She did apologize but did not offer to correct the drink after ruining. I sipped some (to get below top) and got hubby (who had just straight coffee) to then share a bit of his coffee into mine. This location is in main lobby of Hershey medical. Extremely busy at times. Typical Starbucks menu. My go to is caramel latte and spinach, feta, and egg white wrap. The wrap is warm and awesome plus better calorie option. My quest had the caramel latte and egg,bacon, cheddar breakfast sandwich which was awesome.
