I placed my order for delivery and when I received the order it was completely wrong. I called the location and got no answer so I drove to the location (after paying for delivery) I asked to speak to a manager.
I explained the issue to manager Amanda in which she was completely unapologetic and rude. She said you need to contact door dash, I said I didn’t order through door dash I ordered from the chipotle app. She had my order re made and I expressed my frustration of having to drive after paying for delivery she said “you keep repeating yourself and I've already told you call door dash support”
I figured I would just leave because she was no help, after getting to my car I checked my order and the salad bowl looked completely messy and the lid was not even on the bowl.
I decided to go else where and wanted a complete refund after the horrible customer service and now this. I went back inside and requested a complete refund and Amanda stated she was not going to give me a refund. I explained begging her to just give me a refund as I no longer wanted the food nor wanted to do business with this location. She grabbed my bag and said you need to call “door dash support” I asked her again please, just refund my order so I can go else where. She said she will not refund my order and did I want the food or not.
Then another employee who was ordering food jump into the conversation and stated I needed to call door dash and there was nothing Amanda could do…
I decided to just leave because things were going no where and they obviously did not care.

Read moreAfter a long line of about 30 minutes, I got to the front of the line and finally ordered my take out bowl with brown rice, vegetables with guacamole, half chicken and half steak(no extra portion), with what I beleive was supposed to be a "free" tortilla. I was told there were no vegetables and corn ready. The food was a small portion in the bowl and when I got to the register, the kid at the register wanted to charge me almost $16 and I asked why would you over charge me for the small bowl, she said it's because I bought half steak and half chicken and I would need to pay for the full price of steak, plus I would need to pay extra money for a tortilla. I was shocked for that small portion of food that does not even have what I wanted available at the time I made my order plus chipotle is trying to sell free tortilla(don't know when they started selling that). I respectfully told her this doesn't make any sense and she went to speak with a coworker at the back and the coworker confirmed the pricing she gave to me earlier. And when she came back she just spoke to me as if I came to chipotle establishment to ask for free food. I left the food at the register and walked away without saying a word. This would be my last time of patronizing Chipotle. I don't know about any other customer, but chipotle has lost my business and i would definitely take my money to a real mexican restaurant and get the value for my money without...

I’m glad they were making an effort to be clean…but the place smelled very strongly of bleach & cleaning chemicals to the point where it almost made me sick. There were several people there, but seemed like hardly Anyone was working. Most were walking around aimlessly and one girl was wiping the HECK out of the stainless steel refrigerator doors while I was waiting to be served. As if that was more important (likely avoiding any real duties) as the line grew. Mostly everything on the line was out including chicken which of course is a popular product. I did get some chicken from the “online” area, but no vegetables were available. I asked for just a little Corn, the girl scooped the biggest scoop of corn she could (as if to be petty). The kicker came in when they kept screaming for the cashier. FINALLY the cashier came out of the restroom & announced to everyone he was using it. Then he walks past us (two people waiting at the register, one person working the line, several people wandering around in the background). He proceeds to basically throw my change at me, dropped most of it on the counter. Didn’t apologize or acknowledge it. Kept checking his phone & pulling his pants up. Honestly didn’t want him handling my food. But thankfully he had no direct contact with it, but it was still gross! There are many locations better than this one…avoid...
