assistance!!!! Not even one star is given to today. Alice always provides AMAZING customer service, which is why I visit this starbucks virtually every day. When I got to the window to pay with my card, Deigo took it and asked if I gave him a dirty card or if there was something wrong with me. I didn't think much of it until he handed it back to me wrapped in Starbucks napkins. He gave me my drink, which tasted like hot water, so I gave it back and asked if he had a problem. I said, "I gave you my card, and you gave it back wrapped in napkins; that's not how I gave it to you." He looked at me, so I asked to speak with the manager. I informed him that I was upset with the way he had treated me this morning. He had promised to bring my coffee to my car, which he had done, but when I spoke with him, he seemed to dismiss my concerns as unimportant. Ashley answers the phone when I call and want to talk to another manager. I asked for the corporate number, and she said, "What's going on?" I told her, "Okay," and I said, "I just need the number; I don't have it.I said, "I just need the number; I don't have it," and she put me on hold before returning to say, "1-800-starbucks." This customer service is lacking. I have not received this kind of care in all the years I have visited since Manager Sherry was there. Hell, I've come so far that they are aware of my...
Read moreI have gone to this location many times and overall it’s been disappointing. It use to be that I could never ask for extra caramel drizzle in my macchiato because this location put way too much and it would be so sweet that I couldn’t drink it. Now when I ask for extra drizzle it’s not sweet enough, and I barely like it sweet. Also, why can’t it ever come out like the picture? I’m not talking perfect but come on, foam on top with caramel drizzle on top of the foam. They claim the caramel falls through the foam? Yeah, if you squeeze the bottle super hard and big globs come out, it’s just common sense. Squeeze the bottle lightly and do lots of thin lines on top. Also, I order my drink upside down because I got so tired of the espresso being in my foam and ruining the foam and Carmel at the top, which is my favorite part, and so I was told to order it upside down but it hasn’t changed a thing plus this location consistently does not give me the extra foam I ask for and the little bit of foam that is there has espresso all through it, no caramel. I’ve been getting this drink for probably eight years. I never had problems in Houston but for some reason here in Dallas for the last 2 years it seems to be a big problem, consistently this location. For a drink that cost me almost 9 dollars it’s very disappointing that I hardly ever get...

I placed a mobile order. Once I arrived at the store, I followed the online directions which were to go to the entryway and tell them who the order was for. I sent my son to the door and he came back empty-handed. He had been told they were no longer giving orders at the entryway; we would have to go through the drive through. This completely defeated the purpose of placing a mobile order. AND the drive through line was literally wrapped around the building and out onto the frontage road. I called the store to get some clarity and had the unfortunate experience of speaking with the manager, Solano whose customer service skills are suffering a serious deficit. Took me nearly an HOUR to retrieve my MOBILE order, and it was not properly prepared.
The bright part of this visit was ALEX! She was so sweet, so kind, so patient, so NICE! I imagine the workers were frustrated as well by the sheer number of customers; some with terrible attitudes. ALEX made my visit more pleasant. I almost forgot about Solano: almost.
ALEX is the epitome of what a person who comes into contact with the public should be. She is a perfect ambassador for Starbucks.
Alex is truly a superstar! Thank you,...
