DO NOT EAT HERE. Honestly Wendy's, what is the point in replacing the decor through an expensive re-model when you won't replace the most worthless staff of employees you have at the franchise. I don't often make this deduction, but if that Wendy's turns even ONE dollar in profit, it tells me a lot about the low worth of the surrounding community: 1.) I'm sure these low quality workers aren't being bused across town to work the job and therefore, come from some shameful place nearby, and 2.) The drive-thru stays jam-packed with local customers who by now, HAVE to know better, but probably have similar low standards of service and expectation of cleanliness. What other conclusions can I draw? This is the 1st time I've stopped in after the 'Grand re-opening' so I thought "maybe Pleasant Run" finally has an establishment of even minimal value. Nope. Same 30 min line wrapping around the building, same rude order-taker. My only saving grace was that the other patrons were too slow to realize that there was another drive thru line as they stacked behind one another like lemmings. So I utilized it, verbally repeated my order 3 or 4 times, pulled up to the first window, remained totally unacknowledged by the worthless money-taker (who eventually over-charged me by $.60 on my drink, but I didn't have time to argue it), finally got her to open the window and take HER payment, only to realize that she didn't even know what I had ordered. (4 for 4, lady.) I go to the next window and the lady there acts like she has a problem with my request for condiments, and a cup of water, as by now their Oregon Trail-length drive-thru has me borderline dehydrated. I finally get THAT and drive off . As I begin to eat: oh, what do you know? The meat on the sandwich isn't fully thawed. Yep that's a no-go: I find parking, go inside: everyone has seemingly given their order (but one), and is forming a line to rival the drive-thru, to the side. The one gentleman who is ordering (4 for 4, lady), is having his order typed in Verrrry Slowwwly by some sloth in a Wendys uniform. (Shouldn't they have a button for that. ) Afterward, seeing me bring food BACK, she acts surprised, tells me to wait and disappears into the back. ..for about 2 or 3 minutes. Then comes back surprised, as if I am supposed to have magically disappeared. I ask her to get the manager...now..., she does, and I show the manager the sandwich. Manager doesn't even bat an eye (which is good), as she must have this happen all of the time (which is bad), and grabs out exact change in cash from the register and gives it to me. Thanks! Then I finally look up: FLIES. EVERYWHERE. Swarms of them, playing in the back resting in the front, landing on whatever surface they might choose. This Wendy's needs to be fined and condemned. But then again, so probably do the people who began to form a line for their food indoors; surely they had enough downtime to notice that. Whatever. I got out of there, and by then, the drive thru line was twice is original size, stretching ONTO a pleasant run. Yep, these people love their fly-infested, attitude-served, half-cooked food. Hey folks, you...
Read moreThis location needs better employees at night... the lines are horrible and my food is ALWAYS COLD OR WRONG!! I went through the drive thru to purchase food for my family last night and something told me to check my food but I didn’t... I made it all the way home and it was cold as hell... they gave water for natural lemonade... nuggets were dried up and cold... everything was awful I called a total of 10 times and NOBODY picked up the phone... I called today to explain to the day shift manager Alicia what happened and she basically didn’t care.. I asked for my food to be replaced and she’s told me if I didn’t have the food she couldn’t do anything about it but replace my burger and lemonade... that’s crazy... I always come back each and everytime my food is jacked up... and the one time I don’t I can’t have my whole meal replaced or my money back? How are you going to pick and choose what you’re gonna replace on my receipt when the whole ticket was jacked? There is a Hispanic girl that works the second window on the night shift at this location that replaces my food every single time when it’s wrong.. that’s how much they mess up there.. anywho I asked for the number to a district manager she told me she couldn’t give it to me... she then puts me on hold (she put the phone down and I could hear everything she was saying to her other employees which was unprofessional...and she also asked the other employees did they know the
number..how do you as a manager not know the number to corporate office?? they are all unprofessional!!) she didn’t know the number to the corporate office... the number she gave me was not it! When I find this out after calling 5 times I am pissed... I looked on google to find the correct corporate office number and I left a complaint and was told that someone would get back to me... we will see! They will never get my business again.. this location is ghetto and they need a whole new crew! I as a customer should never have to go back to a location that many times to get my food replaced and then they are pissed at you when you want fresh food! What the hell! Unprofessional employees and...
Read more#3427. Breanna was absolutely awful, her attitude was disgusting and wasn’t focused on anything aside from her phone. When I pulled up to not only the speaker (I heard her videos playing, not to mention she wouldn’t let me finish my order before responding with “drink” every two seconds) but the window as well she was more concerned and focused on her phone than anything else. When I get up to up the window I had to wait on her to get off her phone to take my money, I then asked her to please read my order back because I didn’t feel like it was taken correctly. She stares at me with hatred like it was such a big ask. She finally responds with attitude “you had two sandwiches with no cheese or tomatoes” although that’s basically right that’s not how you read back orders. Two different sandwiches, two completely different meals, I needed to know if EVERYTHING was right, not just the sandwiches. I always start my order off with “how are you” bc I understand how stressful food industry can be. Worked in fast food myself since I was 14 and I am now currently a server. I always try to be as nice as possible bc I know how nasty some people can be, but she should absolutely not be in the window with the kind of attitude she has. I understand we all have bad days but that is very unacceptable regardless of the type of days you’re having. I also never write reviews bc I don’t feel like it’s worth my time and I have better things to do, but this simple interaction was absolutely terrible and there’s 0 excuses for it. Considering placing her else where bc the window is not for her, terrible service. Everyone else was fantastic tho and...
