They need to fire Amber! She was so rude when I asked her if we could sit here! We did seat ourselves! Her reply was I guess so! I need to wipe it off first! Her attitude is terrible! This is the second time we have had her! We came down in March and her attitude was bad then, so this time I had to write a review! The food was completely wrong but I’m fine with that. However being a server most of my life I would never send out food that looked burnt! It was really bad but after they fixed it the food was great! She has a very bad attitude and very passive aggressive attitude after she knew I was not happy with attitude! I’m serious when I say she needs to find a different job because clearly she does not like her job! I hate not leaving a tip but I did not, and will not be back to this Waffle House! Again I’m a huge tipper so your loss Amber! I hope you have the day...

This location needs help.Laborday weekend they were very slow to clear tables and seat people. Tables were empty and it took more than five - eight minutes after they were clear to call the next name on the list. They ladies room didn't have paper in it except for the paper on the floor. When I brought it to their attention, a woman brought paper in but did not bother to clean up the paper on the floor. My boyfriend said there was no paper in the men's room. The women who brought paper, i noticed, didn't check the men's room nor did she unwrap the paper from its protective cover. Very disappointed in the cleanliness behind the counter. Don't look at the waffle area before you eat. Makes you not want to eat at this location. This was store #662. Our server however...

My family and I stopped here for a late night dinner after checking into our Airbnb. The server seemed really friendly and she was really quick. The food was so good. Everything was hot and fresh. One thing to note though, make sure to double check your bill. Every charge was listed and written out on our bill, which should have added up to $66.00 but our total was listed at $96.00. My husband asked another server about it when he went to pay and asked why it said $96 when everything added up to $66. She called our server over and told her to add up our bill again and sure enough it was way off. It could be an honest mistake, but a lot of people don’t think twice when they see their total.
