My experience as a customer was horrible. Be careful because they do not offer refunds for a purchase made even with a receipt. I did a exchange which was fine, I asked Ms. J who was training a new cashier if I they can hold my green Destin hat that was already exchanged for the black one I returned. Ms J was nice as she was trying to train, one of the side team members took the hat out of my hand with a lil attitude , as if I need to hurry up along and placed my item in a bag on the side hook while I search for other items in exchange for the cell phone water proof cases I purchased 3 returned 1. I thought I could swap it out for a airbrush hat that was being made in the back of the store or use the credit towards that but I could not. Very frustrating process. To sum it up I paid for a airbrushed hat came back to pick it up and never received my exchanged item and now I’m out a hat that I actually swapped out but bc of the unprofessional pushy and rushed transaction. I tried to call and get my hat the very next day.They telling me come in, I don’t need to drive there I’m asking to speak to a manager and they kept avoiding that. I needed some clarity from someone in charge. Petty petty thief acted like they couldn’t take down my number or let me speak with management. Either way I’m out a hat and the unprofessional team member most likely stole it or placed it back in inventory. Which I doubt. But I took the lost they didn’t. Read moreI just left this location and Overly rude! I would have walked out with nothing, but due to my daughter and mother already picking out items I did make a purchase. There were 4 employees and only the short, curly haired lady was the one doing her job, walking around straightening. The others were on the phone behind the counter sitting down and seemed under the influence. They had the bathrooms locked and when I asked about it, the employee said I’m not understanding her. One did say out of order, the other bathroom did not.The lady checking me out handed me the bag to bag my own items. And when I didn’t she literally wadded the three shirts I bought in the bag. If anything, I think the company should know who they have working for them because I would NOT want people like that working for me.
