Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Destin

This has been by far the best Chick-fil-a. We were greeted in the parking lot by young man who inquired about our car… It’s a little smart car so everyone’s curious as how big it is inside so we gave him a tour. Then we walked through the front door and we were agreed to buy young lady with a beautiful smile and such a friendly attitude. We spoke with her for a few minutes before we placed our order because no one was behind us at that moment we got our seat and then we agreed to buy two other ladies who work for the company. All the employees appeared to be so happy and so friendly, and two of the ladies would randomly come by and greet us and chat with us for a few minutes as we ate. We love conversing w people so for my friend and I, this was great. Say on our way out the door we got hugs from the two ladies and a few extra minutes to take with us. We got our tour car there were mints put on each door handle. So we were so impressed that I decided to write a review. So come to find out that the gentleman who greeted us in the parking lot when we first pulled in with the owner of the restaurant. So I found his location come to find out he was working the drive-through taking orders. That’s my kind of boss. I would love working for someone like this. Because he rolls up his slaves and get his fingernails, dirty, and that speak volumes to me people read my reviews and looked at the photos. I have posted as well as videos and as of yesterday it was 4.5 million. So I met him formally and shared with him that I wanted to write a review and I’d like to take his picture, I told him I never tell people that I do because they treat you differently. When they don’t know, they’re getting a review you find out the real source of what’s going on in a business. I give it five stars … on the menu, he’ll get 10. Let me tell you about our legendary first visit to Chick-fil-A! As Canadians from Ontario, we were total Chick-fil-A rookies, but luckily, we met the ultimate MVP: Jen, the on-duty manager. We explained we’d never experienced the hype, and instead of judging our rookie status, she took us under her wing like a fast-food fairy godmother. She made stellar recommendations and—get this—didn’t even charge us. We were floored!

The food? Absolutely amazing. But then things got next-level. Enter Tripp, the owner, who came by our table mid-meal like the Chick-fil-A ambassador of hospitality. Not only did he bring us a stuffed cow (yes, we now own Chick-fil-A merch!), but he also gifted us their signature chicken sandwich—THE sandwich that started it all. And just when we thought it couldn’t get better, Tripp swooped back with a warm cookie that was so good it might’ve brought a tear to our eye.

This wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience. Jen and Tripp made us feel like royalty, and we left with full stomachs, a stuffed toy, and smiles we couldn’t wipe off our faces. If you haven’t been to Chick-fil-A, GO. And if you meet Jen or Tripp, tell them the Canadians sent you! Highly recommend this place—it’s more than a restaurant; it’s a memory...

I was so disappointed. I went in to grab one of their chicken biscuits for breakfast, the biscuit was hot, fresh, and fluffy. I bit into it and the peace of chicken that was inside of that delicious biscuit was the worst thing I've ever had in my entire life. I'm not sure if it was cooked, and accidentally left in the very back of the holding drawer, but it should have been a crime for that thing to be in between that biscuit. I had already left, so I never went back. And unfortunately I will probably never go back for that, this was unfortunately the third time this has happened to me. I know everyone says that Chick-fil-A's biscuits are the very best, but I have not gotten a fresh one yet. I normally give it about two, to 3 months after I get a bad service at a restaurant, I waited 3 months after each time at this particular Chick-fil-A so that tells you how long ago it was and I still got bad food.For the lines to always be long you should never get bad food regardless.
