Happy's Pizza — Restaurant in Detroit

I filed a police report on this location after they wouldn't give me my money back. They kept saying the name of the street wrong, so I stated the name of the business. Two hours later the delivery driver called and asked me the name of the street. I told her and stated the name of the business again. One hour later I called the drive back asking what happened? She said she's off work call Happy's. I called Happy's they said she couldn't find it and continued to say the wrong street. The person who answered apologized and said they'll sent it back out. I said I don't need it now I get off work in a hour. She said because I've already paid for it I can call back tomorrow and they'll resend it out. Tomorrow comes the new manager for today Martin stated that he needs to call yesterday's manager and to call back in 30 minutes. I call back of course he has been able to reach yesterday's manager. So he said I'll charge you a $5.00 dollar delivery fee and resend out the food until I get yesterday's manager. I paid an additional fee. I call back a hour later the food in out for delivery...ok. Another hour later the food is still out for delivery...ok. Another hour later Martin stated the delivery driver gave it to the wrong person and would I like them to remake it. I said No I want a refund. He said OK call back in 5 minutes. I called back when I got off work and asked for Martin. I don't remember what he said because someone claiming to be the owner takes the phone and started yelling at me calling me a liar. Now I'm disputing the charges...

Ordered a pickup 2 lb wings dinner fries and bread sauce second 1/2 pound the wings did the barbecue sauce fries and bread third large Greek salad for 1 they told me 20 minutes so I gave him 25 minutes got to get in there they told me wait a few minutes which was 10 minutes someone had came before me the order was made she was a nurse at the nearby hospital they gave her the food she brought back that was wrong and they turned around and gave it back to her it's so she didn't know I thought that was really bad then they gave me my food my salad was tripping all over the counter when I walked out the door it was all over my hand the man that was coming in sword he held the door for me as I went back and told her they gave me my salad back it was still dripping so he took it and put it into another bag when I got home I found out that they didn't give me the bread I paid for I called them and told them they said they give me a credit they hung up I called back it said not only the salad was tripping I didn't get any bread the manager answer the phone when I told him if he hung up on me so I said Subway I'm going to let people know do not expect good service at Happy's Pizza number 11 6412 East Jefferson Detroit Michigan 48207 my ticket number was 70 I picked it up 10 3 2021 at 8:17 p.m. the person I talked to with Shirley she was nice but the manager please don't order here if you can until they change their position or...

This being my first time ordering from this particular happy's establishment has marked it to be my last.

Upon ordering it on the website for their 3 topping large $9.99 deal my pizza was not delivered the way i had ordered it.

In the special remarks (which did states there could be additional fees) was for the meat (pepperoni and bacon) to be on one side and veggies (mushroom and onion) to be on the other. "Half and half"

My order was delivered as first half veggies (a load of veggie toppings i didn't order) and the four i did order on the other half.

The gentlemen i spoke to on the phone had a snarky, narcissistic tone to his voice as if there wasn't a possibility in the world that maybe they read the order incorrectly . He also felt the need to let me know of the possibility of additional fees, that their system doesn't work that way, that i ordered it incorrectly, but to tie it off with a bow that he'll be sending out the correct pizza. I was not given an estimated time.

Both the first and second pizza arrived in boxes most unfamiliar to happys. Generic pizza boxes. Furthermore, they arrived rather cold.

Don't bother wasting your time or money ordering from this sub...
