TAP at MGM Grand Detroit

Can you give 0 stars? I was in for the first time Sunday night and had the WORST experience I've ever had at MGM. First the food was delivered incorrectly, it was missing items, the woman delivering it said she would inform our waiter and left. She returned about 10 mins later with the order of fries but nothing else. When our actual waiter checked back with us I told him I never received my $2 sour cream for my nacho but to just forget it as I was half done. We then waited and waited for him to return and bring boxes and our bill. We found our own boxes and continued to wait for 30 minutes before he finally brought our bill. As I was leaving I stopped at the hostess station and let them know about my horrible experience. They promptly grabbed a manager Kelly, who listened to my complaint and I thought promised to refund my meals to my rewards. I left disappointed but happier. When after 48 hours my rewards showed no refund so I called Tap to find out what happened. Kelly is now back peddling, saying I misunderstood she was only promised me a $2 refund, it's past 24 hours she can no longer access the bill etc. I disagreed but even if that were the case I also didn't receive that. She was absolutely unwilling to make right a bad experience for me. Needless to say I'm no longer happy and while I will visit MGM in the future , I will NEVER again patronize TAP.
