If i could give this Wendy's a -0 i would because about two nights every week for the last month i was stoping there for a meal not once have i got a fresh order its always a cold burger🍔with stale cold salty fries🍟taste like carnival food or jail food🏢. So the last time i went was 1-3-2017 i asked if they could please make my order fresh in a very nice manner the way she replyed was basically "whatever"👀👺💩, so when i pulled around to the drive thur Window they were all talking and just rude as if i was not there but i didn't really care i just wanted my order done right hopefully this time, once i got the order it felt hot drove about 45 seconds away to my destination happily🚘 to fine they got me once again, the soda taste like all carbonated water with slight sweet flavor very bitter👅👅 the french fries were burnt and hard and I could tell the cook took the burgers right out of the bun and put the burgers back on the grill for a few minutes to seem as if it was fresh the Tomato was flat as if somebody sat on it there was a very small piece of quilted lettuce in mustard and ketchup the cheese was very dry and stuck to the Burger simply no love or effort put into this food whoever said food is good at this place maybe you came at the right time or Maybe that's just the way you like your food or maybe you don't care how your food is made or taste as for me I'm done and will never go back there unless there's some serious changes made to the night shift and yes (Wendy's on Jefferson and East Grand Boulevard) is...
Read more11/4/21 - 4 days later and I waited from 8:47 pm - 9:15 p which is a much shorter wait time than what I experienced 4 days ago. I was satisfied with the fact that I made it to the window and got my food. I guess the hot and fresh fry guarantee is really testing them. Either way I hope to one day bump these stars up to 4. I am rooting for you.
11/1/21- I want this location to do so much better. They neeeeed to. They havvvvvvveeeee to. Please email me if you would like to fix your problems because you are losing so much money with these practices. I help restaurants with processes and organizing procedures so that you can increase your bottom line. Ticket times were unacceptable. I pulled up at 8:10 p yesterday night and left at 8:26 p because of one thing after the other. When I arrived I pulled into the mobile app order parking spots and called inside but no one answered. There were at least 7 cars in front of me in the drive thru. After the first 20 minutes in line with only three cars moving since I'd been there with ticket times of 5 minutes, 2 minutes and then 7 minutes I decided that I would no longer eat there. They did not acknowledge any online or ahead orders I've seen those signs carefully placed in the correct spot before. We place our order, pay, and drive to the order to pick up our food and we were greeted by a rude lady with blue, orange, and black braids in a bun. This lady was soooo rude to us. So we get our food and she gave us one sauce, i politely asked for one more sauce saying it’s fine if I have to pay. She says “ it’s going to be 30 cents and i’m not taking any money at this window” in the rudest way. So then I proceed to ask for my receipt and she says “they gave it to you at the window” and i said, “the lady at the first window did not” so then she walks off with an attitude and looks for the receipt and gave it to us rudely.
