I'll start by saying that I'm not a regular Dunkin' customer because of the quality and menu... but every time I decide to give it another go, I'm reminded why I don't like Dunkin'. Went this morning and my hash browns were like hockey pucks. And if you want an iced Chai with less ice, forget about it, they will give you a cup that is less full (by a significant margin) and tell you that if you go "against the recipe" that your cup won't be full. First if all I'm paying for a certain amount of ounces. If you get a 20 oz drink you're really only getting 10 ounces with ice to make it look full. It's a scam that I'm really surprised hasn't been looked into. Anyways, can these people not figure out how to make the same drink with less ice? Read morethe morning “manager” kept messing up our entire order. It was supposed to be a large iced green tea and he gives us a small black coffee. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese with egg on it and he throws a plain bagel not cut in half or anything in a bag. Messed up my husbands order too. Decided to go back another day to give this location another chance and it was the same guy who did it all again. The older lady worker had to yell at him. Read moreI know this Dunks has gotten slammed in the last week because the Starbucks across the street had to close temporarily. Even with that the staff here is so nice to everyone and I give them major kudos for taking it in stride and keeping a great attitude. They don't get paid nearly enough to deal with what I am sure is way too many grumpy people. Whoever owns this location should be proud!!
And if you are a customer and you are reading this, please be patient, compassionate and kind to this staff and the staff of any food service establishment. You don't always know what we are dealing with in trying...
