I had the absolute worst experience trying to do a delivery for them! They were training an employee with 7 of them in store and felt he was the one to do my order! I ended up leaving without items I purchased and my delivery. All but 2 employees sat around and talked to each other! Not until I said for the 3rd time who I was waiting for did they start the order after already waiting for at least 10+ minutes Noone else in the store. It was horrible! It effected my job! If you ask for coconut milk they will charge you for oat milk since it's more expensive. I have had to call Starbucks customer service for refunds EVERY time it happens.
