Another franchise that could be halfway decent but was abandoned to a bunch of kids because nobody wants to work anymore and the guy that owns this franchise isn't interested in training them properly. Greasy greasy greasy! If you were to squeeze all the grease from my fish fillet and chicken tender and fries, you could probably fill your car crankcase up with oil and go down the road. It's that bad! To top it off, my partner had a cheeseburger and the bun was burnt and they used the very end of the tomato and a big dry hunk of onion, you know the kind that when you're peeling it you would throw it in the garbage. I guess with the tourists that come through Dodge City who cares if you're the owner. I won't be back, save your money don't even stop here. Not a very good rating for this restaurant 😕 I ordered 2 meals- the 2-fish and the 3 chicken meal. I asked the young man to add an Xtra fish and make it a 3 fish meal. First, I was given the wrong order then when given the one that I did order, I proceeded to check it and noticed that the Xtra fish wasn't in the bag. The young man then stated in a not so nice way that I Had Not ordered an Xtra one. I told him that I had and maybe he hadn't heard me and he started to argue with me. I then told him nicely that it wasn't a big deal and that I did want it. He acted mad ..ughhh! There wasn't any tartar sauce nor ketchup in the bag, which I had also asked for. Only giving one star because 0 wasn't an option. We went here and they screwed up two out of four of our orders. My husband returned his two fish and requested the two chicken he ordered. They never brought it to us, so before we left we asked for a refund. They refused to give it to us because my husband ate the two shrimp they gave him!! No customer service skills at all and they even called the manager and he refused to give us a refund. No way to conduct business at all! Plus, it took them at least 15 minutes to serve our food in the first place. Would not recommend...
