Paid for extra chicken in my quesadilla and it was not on it. Purchased a acia berry boost smoothie with no banana sub kiwi. This was my lunch break so after grabbing the order, getting back to work, and getting out of the car, I noticed the smoothie looked completely different including color. After taking a sip of it, IT WAS COMPLETELY INCORRECT AND ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! There were absolutely bananas in it as well as PEANUT BUTTER WHICH DOESNT EVEN GO IN THIS SMOOTHIE!! So ultimately I paid $15 for food that was incorrect and a smoothie that inedible and NOT anything near what I purchased. And all while my food and smoothie were being jacked up, the employees here were arguing with each other. The only bad experience ive ever had here but the fact I paid $15 for a skinny little quesadilla is absurd! Do better management!! It's not rocket scienec to follow a recipe and touch blend.maybe if they were focused on my order as much as they were arguing with each other everything would've been correct. I was a regular here but Im totally fine to go to Smoothie King. Thanks for ruining one of my favorite lunch spots because of idiocracy.

Girls behind the counter were the opposite of professional and the cashier even got defensive because she called me by the wrong name and I corrected her. Lastly having the tip as part of the checkout process is ridiculous. I swipe my card and some tip screen pops up and the cashier was quick to say this is where you leave a tip. I told the employee Deanna D that I watched her make it and she didn't give a full cup of granola and she tried to charge me for another Flatbread instead of giving the correct amount and she was very rude. Another employee came up to try to help me with the issue but Deanna lied and told them that nothing was wrong!
