After going here at least once or twice weekly for years this location lacks any customer loyalty or appreciation. Everyone there is very mechanical when dealing with customers. Today I decided I would never return again. It was something simple but I refuse to frequent places that don’t appreciate my business and hard earned money. Today I had already had lunch and was craving some sweet tea. So I drove around to the window and ordered a medium sweet tea with lite ice. Me thinking they would put a little less than the normal packed cup of ice. Instead they put literally about 5 or 6 cubes of ice in a very warm cup of tea. When I realized this I drove up to the entrance and went inside to see if they could give me a small cup of ice for my drink. I received a very mechanical no but they could give me a cup of ice for .54 cents. I explained again I just purchased the tea with almost no ice. Then manager asked me to go back outside and bring my cup in and he would add ice to it. But unfortunately it was already filled to the rim with no room for any ice. This is after already paying $3.54 for a medium size drink. Is it too much to ask to occasionally take care of a regular customer and not let them leave unsatisfied? I guess not. The funny thing is I know they pay millions of dollars yearly just to advertise to get people to maybe walk in their stores. And to lose a customer about .50 cents is were we are in...

The food is great and fresh from last time I went there, BUT I could NEVER trust anyone preparing my food with that attitude and disrespect! I was in drive thru and asked simple questions you are supposed to ask. Is it original or spicy? He say, "Everyone want de wings! We are out of de wings!" Ok no problem. Can I get original dark please? "Just pull up to the front!" dude says. Ok, how far is KFC lol? Hey Mister annoyed foreign manager with no customer service etiquette, I understand that it was getting late, but being courteous is part of the job. I don't care what demographic of people caters to you, or where Church's is located, if you're that annoyed of a customer asking questions about orders in a cordial matter, then obviously your problem ain't your job, sir!
