Any time I visit this location it's dreadfully slow except the breakfast crew. Breakfast hours they actually function at average McDonalds speeds and the people are pleasant. However the evening crew, and late night crew need a complete overhaul. No matter how many, or how little business they have, it takes ages compared to most other McDonald's places. I refuse to go to this location before or after work because I dont want to have to take an extra 40mins before or after work to get what should be considered fast food. I would rather go to the Wendy's across the street from this location and spend more money there just so I can get my order in a timely manner. I dont get fast food often and occasionally forget just how slow this location is. The other day I was here because I thought it might be slow enough that they might work at a timely manner but I was greatly wrong. There was no car at the order stall when we pulled up and we had to repeat our order 4 times before she had us wait another 2 mins before asking us to repeat the order yet again. Once our order was finally placed, there was only 3 cars in queue. During our wait, at one point my BF jokingly said "we might be able to finish our Rush album before we get our food" and decided to restart our CD. When we finally got our food I pulled aside our of the way to make sure our food was correct and to not block others in wait. We found 2 items missing and back into line we went. We told the lady at the order station that we were missing our 2 items and she told us to just pull forward. The person passing the food out (the manager) didnt know we were missing our items and tried to give us someone else's food. By the time we got all of our items, we were 1 song short on the album, so if we had started it when we arrived, we literally would have had an entire music CD play from start to finish and still would have been waiting on all of our food.......

I visited this location on April.18. 2014 at approximately 7:15am to purchase a cup of coffee and sausage biscuit due to the fact that the drive thru was backed up I had to go inside. I walked up to the counter and stood there about 3 minutes and no one behind the counter would acknowledge that I was standing there. The shift manger and the cashier on duty would not even look my way until a white customer entered the restaurant they turned around and greeted him but continued to ignore me. I have observed that in this area black customers are rarely greeted by black employees at most businesses and white customers greeted most of the time. This is not the first time that this has happened to me at the location and when I pointed this out to the shift manager she was extremely rude to me and never apologized to me for treating me that way. Then the staff made me wait for my meal and when I inquired about my purchase I was ignored by the shift manager and I heard her say to the cashier ” you can take care of him I am not going to.” I believe the shift manager has an ingrained hatred of black Americans and her staff has been trained to follow her lead. This is racism plain and simple and these employees need to be retrained in customer service.

Read moreFirst off I go through the drive thru for a happy meal for my 3yr old daughter and I don't normally eat anything from McDonald's but chicken sandwiches but because I ordered for my daughter I was a father wanted to make sure she had a fresh meal she ordered a cheeseburger with no cheese happy meal I get the order and we run into Kroger's which is in the same plaza I said to her let me bite your burger to make sure it's not going to kill her jokingly as parents do I bite the burger immediately spit it out the buns or beef for the patty is spoiled and they just serving them to customers I drive back to McDonald's and go inside to tell the manager who was not arguing my concerns I then said can I get this remade please and voice to her the problem about the burger it's gets remade and she bags it I go to the car and take another bite smh still the same results spoiled taste to the sandwich I literally contacted a civil lawyer to see if I have a strong case because I shouldn't feel like I was violated and put something that I'm trusting to be a good product being served I'm glad it was me and not my daughter who can barely speak or defend herself I see why it's 2.9 star rating is what it is this will definitely stop me from...
