Traveling from Brooksville FL . We had all of our kids with us and we eat at Denny’s all the time, especially on our weekend getaways.We heard about this particular Denny’s and said let's give it a go. as we walked in it wasn't too busy there about 5 customers waiting in the front, the exterior and the front areas we're clean though it could have used a touch-up in terms of sprucing up the look, especially the front of the store, a little. We were seated after about 10 minutes and the menus were left with us to browse through. The waiter whose name was Jason, came to our table in about 5 minutes time and asked us what did we want to start off with, we told her that we wanted coffee and orange juice and she said were we ready to order breakfast or did we need a minute? We said yes that we were ready to order.after taking our order, the food arrived at our table about 10 minutes later, nice and hot with all the condiments like syrup, butter supplied and the proper utensils available for the food. We didn't have to ask for water either as it was supplied for us by the waitress.The food was good, very reasonably priced and the kids loved it! the waiter was a male was very attentive and very detailed, we didn't have to ask for anything and his helpfullness was genuine and not forced.He made sure that we had everything that we needed and he made sure to check on us at short intervals to make sure that we were doing okay.It was a wonderful experience again they might have modernized the outside of the store a little bit more but it did not take away from the service that we received from all of the staff especially the waiter Jason. I also thought it was a nice touch that some of the staff came by and made balloons and animal figurines out of balloons for the kids, that was something that they really enjoyed. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Denny's and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the service, especially from our server Annette. Despite the restaurant being busy, Annette made sure to prioritise our needs and provided exceptional service throughout our meal.

From the moment we were seated, Annette greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcomed. Despite her being so busy, she consistently checked on us, making sure we had everything we needed. Annette was genuinely concerned about our dining experience and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

What stood out to me the most about Annette and her colleagues was their attentiveness. She thoughtfully asked if we needed anything, keeping a close eye on our beverages and providing refills before we even had the chance to ask. It truly showed that she cared about every aspect of our meal and wanted to make sure we had an enjoyable experience.

Annette's professionalism and dedication are commendable. Despite the hustle and bustle of a busy restaurant, she maintained a pleasant demeanor and never let her workload affect her customer service. Her ability to multitask and still provide top-notch service was truly impressive.

Dinner as a party of 4. We arrived about 7pm on a Tuesday night for a fulfilling meal after a busy day out only eating snacks. It was a quiet restaurant on one side and many full tables on the other. We were seated in the quiet side which was good for us as it gave us the opportunity for some rest time and privacy. Our server, who I believe was called Elvin, was extremely helpful, assisting and providing. We were warned on arrival that service would go slow as there was only two servers working. However, we suffered no issue with slow service nor any lack of dedication to the customers. Our server was friendly and cheery which is very nice to see after a busy day doing rapid activities in Orlando. He took a drinks order from us and went straight to preparing them for us, it took us a while to decide on our meals as they all looked so delicious! Shortly after we received drinks we were ready for a food order which arrived soon. The food is incredible and does not fail to amaze us ever. We paid our bill and left a tip all before 9pm.
