Why in God's name would you fill up more than half of my large drink with boba?

I only ever have this problem with Mogee Tea places. I've gone to several and too many do this. I add additional boba when ordering through UberEats, because it doesn't specify which drinks already come with boba and what kind. Places like Kung Fu Tea TELL the customer in the drink description. Because I've had situations where I assume it already comes with boba just for me to receive a drink with none, I always err on the side of caution but let's be forreal. WHY DO YOU THINK THIS IS WHAT I WANTED????

I'm extra annoyed this time around because I was willing to reorder the drinks so I could get it right but they've stopped taking online delivery orders. So I'm just stuck with boba. 😑

Also, the drinks aren't sweet enough for me. Just my preference but I wish I had an option to add...

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was too disappointing not to share. This happened today sept 8. This is already the second time this store has gotten my order wrong. I ordered a Taro Bubble Milk — which literally has “bubble” in the name — yet there were no pearls added (see photo).

When I called the store right after, I explained that I had ordered in person just about 10–15 minutes ago, and that it was order #49. Instead of trying to help, the staff insisted that there was “no such order” and said they couldn’t do anything.
