I have always loved Chick-fil-A for its quality food and service. As a close neighbor to this store, I’ve been a regular customer for years, often bringing my elderly husband and grandchildren for a meal we could all enjoy. However, in the past year, I’ve observed deeply troubling behavior from one particular employee—a woman with dark and short hair named "L....," who I believe is either the general manager or the store’s owner. Her unprofessional, abrasive, and even aggressive attitude has left a lasting negative impression on me and my family.
The way this woman treats her employees is appalling. She has repeatedly yelled at staff members in front of customers, berating them loudly and without regard for their dignity. Just today, I witnessed her scolding a young woman in the kitchen, her voice echoing through the restaurant, leaving the poor girl visibly distressed. She did the same with another dark hair Hispanic female that is about 50 years, and made her cry. Such public reprimands create an environment of humiliation, which no one—especially dedicated employees—should be subjected to.
Chick-fil-A has built a reputation on kindness and respect, values that seem sorely lacking here. It is heartbreaking to see hardworking employees suffer this kind of treatment. Letty’s behavior goes against everything Chick-fil-A stands for, and it affects not only the employees but also the loyal customers who look to this restaurant as a welcoming place for families.
I am calling on the corporation to punish this Letty, owner/operator of this Chick-fil-A location to take immediate action. These employees deserve a respectful work environment where they can thrive, not a hostile one that crushes their spirit. I truly hope Letty will receive proper training in leadership and respect, as her current conduct is not only unprofessional but damaging to Chick-fil-A’s core values and our whole Draper community.
Sadly, until this behavior is addressed, my family and I won’t be returning to this location. I urge those in charge to restore the warmth and respect Chick-fil-A is known for so that every employee and customer can feel valued once...
Read moreI am saddened to write this, but I feel compelled to warn others about the Chick-fil-A in Draper. While Chick-fil-A as a corporation is known for kindness, respect, and outstanding service, unfortunately, this location seems to have lost sight of those values — especially among some of its senior leadership.
It is no secret if you read the many existing bad reviews: customers and employees have repeatedly complained, not just about food quality declining, but especially about the unprofessional and humiliating behavior of certain senior managers — particularly Ms. Le... Despite these concerns being raised over and over, nothing has been done. It makes one wonder if corporate intervention is now necessary to restore the dignity of this store.
A few weeks ago, Ms. Le... publicly yelled at and embarrassed my granddaughter, who had simply come in with classmates for breakfast. It was completely unjustified and humiliating for a young student just trying to enjoy a visit.
I decided to see things for myself — and just a few days ago, during a simple food pickup, I witnessed Ms. Le... screaming at an employee ("Luc...") right in front of me and other customers in the lobby. Ironically, she was shouting at them not to "yell" — but she was the one actually yelling, and loudly enough that everyone in the restaurant could hear. The poor employee lowered their head in embarrassment, while Ms. Le... continued, fully aware that guests were witnessing this.
This behavior is toxic, abusive, and completely unacceptable — both toward customers and employees. And the worst part is that it is a pattern, not a one-time slip. Many others have reported the same type of treatment in their reviews, and still management has failed to act.
Chick-fil-A corporate needs to step in. No employee deserves to be humiliated at work. No customer should feel uncomfortable witnessing these outbursts. This store is giving a bad name to a brand that so many of us have respected for years.
Until serious changes are made — starting with addressing the toxic behavior at the top — I cannot recommend this...
Read moreLet’s get one thing straight: I didn’t come to Chick-fil-A expecting some high-end dessert masterpiece. I came expecting reliability. Consistency. The kind of quality this place supposedly builds its reputation on. But what I got from the Draper location’s frosted root beer was not just a disappointment — it was a straight-up insult.
Whoever decided this watery, sad, half-foamed swamp water was worth putting on the menu needs to reevaluate their life choices. Seriously. I paid actual money for what tasted like flat root beer with a ghost of ice cream swirled in for about 0.3 seconds before disappearing into oblivion. It was hollow. It was thin. It was flavorless. And it had the texture of something that had already melted, been re-frozen, and then partially evaporated.
Not exaggerating — I’ve had better root beer floats at elementary school carnivals. This was a disgrace. I’d rather buy a two-liter of generic root beer, throw it in a blender with a half-melted ice cube and a crushed-up Tums, and drink that than go through this mess again.
And don’t even get me started on the presentation. The cup looked like it had already given up before it reached my hands — foam sliding off the top like it was trying to escape, bubbles popping like they were embarrassed to be part of it. The worst part? You could actually see the bottom of the cup through the liquid. That’s how weak it was. Chick-fil-A, what happened to you? Get your...
