Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Draper

I came in to pick up a mobile order… isnt the whole point of a mobile orders so that you can get your order in and they have it made by the pick up time ??? Anyway… I stood at the pick up sign for probably 5 min before someone even came close enough I could say excuse me to and get their attention. A young kid said they haven’t made my order yet and it’s going to be a while because he has to help everyone in line first before he can start on my order. I asked how long he thinks it might be and he said 30 min . Ummm WHAT !?? I ordered online to not have to wait in the order in store line and now they are telling me I have to wait 30 min even tho I put my order in before everyone standing in line ??? (Not to mention I ordered 2 very simple like it’s… I understand that the people in line need to be helped too but either schedule 3 people to work instead of 2 or take an in-store order and make it then make a mobile order . It’s not that hard !!! Super disappointing in their customer service. After the different worker a blonde girl acknowledged me she said it was still going to be a while and I wasn’t sure if she knew when I came in or not so I politely let her know the pick up time was over 30 min ago and pointed out a guy that was also waiting for 30 min in front of me . This store is a giant disappointment. My family went in today and were incredibly disgusted. There were stacks of chairs in front of the garbage can, the garbage hadn't been taken out from the night before, the napkins were empty in every napkin holder, there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom, dried ice cream on the walls, mildew on the display case, floors that had never been swept, and tables covered in multiple layers of ice cream and other sticky stuff. And all of that was just the front of the store! Behind the counter was cluttered and messy, the ceiling was covered in dried food (don't ask me how it got up there), and the floors looked even dirtier than the customer area! They need to be reported to the Health Department (I'll be looking into how to do that)!

The employees were nice enough but obviously didn't care about the store or it's appearance. Management obviously cares even less. It's been a nasty place for years and hasn't gotten better. Please, go to any other Cold Stone. There's plenty of other...

My husband and I are currently sitting in the Baskin Robbin’s down the road while writing this review. We had just finished our meal and decided we needed to have some ice cream to finish off the night. We drove to this Cold Stone location in hopes of a delicious treat, but instead was confronted by a wretched odor as soon as we walked through the door. Holding our noses we waited in line in hopes for our sweet treat, but the more time we spent looking around the less appealing the ice cream sounded. The counters were littered in napkins/dirty cups, the tables were covered in goopy sticky substance, and the floors were absolutely filthy. With our heads hung low, we got out of that dirty store and looked for a better place to satisfy our sweet tooth. I highly recommend the Baskin Robbin’s...
