Cubby's, in a sentence, is the quintessential suburban woman's eatery. Lots of bougie options like avocado, quinoa, and kale, which seems to be a magnet for Lululemon ambassadors. I've got a deep-seated bias against such eateries (which is probably obvious in my other reviews), so I'll save it for my therapist and move on to what you came here for. The tri-tip steak sandwich is, so far, the only entree I've truly enjoyed. It's simple and tastes great. If you like to leave a restaurant full, then get the Big Dog size. The sweet potato fries were some of the best I've had, and I'm typically not a fan of sweet potato fries. I've had the rosemary fries before and was underwhelmed, so I wouldn't bother paying $5 for them. All the employees we interacted with at this location were friendly and helpful. And if you dine in, yes, you clean up your own area when you're done. You could social reference and figure that out, but I figured I'd save you the awkward 360 owl head spin and set you up for success.

People looking for this will love it. If you have this taste palate you will really enjoy it. It’s different and supposedly fresh and whatnot. Food was tasty but did seem to take a while to come out. That’s kind of par for the course for restaurants these days. Feels like they have a nice little corner on this idea of a fresh, organic burger joint. Only one or two things that I would consider here, but my wife loves it. There are a handful of this type of place where you get these unique menu options and she loves them. The booths are really echo-y; picked it to have a little more private/romantic date night but ended up moving because the acoustics were weird. All in all ok: 3* for me, 5* for the wifey, settled on 4.

Let's start with the good. I ordered the tri-tip salad and chicken, poblano soup. Both were really yummy! The dressing on the trip-tip salad was a little spicy but delicious and the soup had a lot of flavor. When ordering I was not sure if the trip-tip would ve served cold or hot, it was cold. Now the not so good. My husband ordered the gypsy burger with rosemary fries. His burger was decent vut could have used more sauce. The rosemary fries were wilty and not as flavorful as we had hoped. We used the drive-thru and they forgot my spoon for the soup which left us slurping the broth until we could use a fork. Overall the food was okay but maybe not worth the price. The portions were smaller than expected, even for organic.

I recently visited Cubby's Restaurant in Draper, Utah, and I have to say that I was blown away by my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff, who were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, with a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The menu is extensive and features a wide range of delicious options, from classic burgers and fries to more gourmet items like salads and sandwiches. I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich with sweet potato fries, and it was absolutely delicious! The portions were generous and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful.

What really sets Cubby's apart, though, is the exceptional service. My server was attentive and helpful, answering all of my questions and making sure that I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. I was also impressed by the restaurant's commitment to sustainability, with eco-friendly practices like composting and recycling clearly highlighted throughout the menu and the dining area.

Overall, I would highly recommend Cubby's Restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious meal and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or enjoying a leisurely dinner with friends and family, this restaurant is sure to exceed your...

I was very disappointed in my experience. The staff and service was so terrible. When half the staff is standing by the register talking and not working, there is a huge problem.

I ordered one of their new smoothies ($7 by the way) and waited about 15 minutes just for a smoothie! My friend who ordered an actual meal, got her food before I got my one smoothie. About 10 minutes in we asked about the smoothie and they said they were working on it. 5 minutes later I ended up asking for a refund. 15 minutes is ridiculous for a smoothie. The guys excuse was they had run out of dates. Ok, in that case it would be common courtesy to let me know that.

What really set me off was the fact that 5 teenagers sat there at the register talking most of the time. Like none of them could take a few minutes to make a smoothie??? I get they weren't busy, but 15 minutes for a smoothie is straight up ridiculous. I also noticed a couple walk in and it took the person at the register a solid 10 seconds to greet them because shshe was in the middle of a conversation that apparently was way more important. I am not impressed with this location and will never...

I honestly don’t even know where to start with this place. First off, the service was atrocious. We waited forever in the drive thru which I would have happily skipped had I known what was coming. The food was ridiculously overpriced and cold when we got it! Over $40 for what was essentially a disaster of a meal.

The fries were the worst part. They tasted like they’d been cooked in old, burnt oil. They were cold, dry, and had that off-putting burnt flavor that you can’t get rid of. It’s hard to believe anyone thought serving them was okay.

The tri-tip steak sandwich was a joke. It was bland, dry, sauce looked coagulated and honestly unappetizing. The gypsy burger? Don’t even get me started. It was one of the most off-putting things my wife has ever had the displeasure of eating. It was poorly put together, and the flavors just didn’t come together at all, seemed like they used old or spoiled product, everything about it was wrong.

For over $40, I expected something decent. Instead, I got a long wait, terrible food, and a whole lot of regret. Save your money and go...
