My friend asked if I wanted to visit this new boba place on its grand opening. Not knowing much about it, I said yes. When we got there, I realized it was more than boba, much more. It has a lot of snacks and it’s k-pop themed. With purchase on grand opening, we got a free photo card. Since I only liked BlackPink, I chose that. Got a photo card of Jisoo.
There was a lot of decoration and k-pop related items for sale. I’m not really a k-pop fan (except BlackPink) so I didn’t take a look. I was thinking to get just a regular milk tea, but somehow I couldn’t get past MOA milk tea: honey milk tea and panda boba. I got 25% honey syrup so it wasn’t too sweet and I was able to taste the honey. I also got a spam on a roll with egg. It was quite delicious, but $6.50 for a small item that I could easily make at home felt expensive.
My friends said the popcorn chicken tasted different, but not bad. Just that it was a much smaller portion than other places. The spam musubi with egg was pretty good too. Overall, not too bad but they didn’t have other drinks that I felt like I really wanted to try. Hopefully k-pop fans can keep this...
Read moreI was really looking forward to trying Bobba and More, especially since they’ve been working hard to open for a while. Unfortunately, my experience today was quite disappointing. I arrived around 3 PM, hoping to grab some snacks and a drink. To my surprise, most of the snacks were already sold out. I ended up ordering the spam and rice, which was fine, but the real issue was the wait time for my drink. After receiving my food, I was told my drink was still being prepared. Thirty minutes later, I was still waiting. When I asked them to check on my order, they said they were still working on my food, even though I had already received it. It turned out my drink had been ready the whole time, just sitting in the back. If I hadn’t asked, I might still be waiting. Given that they already have a shop in Livermore, I expected them to be more organized. I left feeling mad and disappointed. I hope they can improve their...
Read moreI didn’t try their food. Only their boba. The options to me were mid. Nothing crazy but the names for their boba was different.
Service was great. I didn’t wait very long for my order which makes sense hence it was just boba that I ordered.
Atmosphere is like no other place that I’ve experienced at a boba shop. There’s a ton of things to do there. I think this shop would be best closest to a college or high school where young adults can chill with their friends. Definitely had a young vibe feel. I wish I took photos. There was a place in the corner to place basketball, patio space on one side and I think it was pickle ball on the other side, table top arcade games, darts, Photo Booth, and much much more.
Overall a place...
