Gong cha Dublin — Restaurant in Dublin

I went to their Grand Opening this past weekend. It honestly wasn't as crowded as I thought it would be, but there was still a line. Their order kiosks weren't functioning yet and their online ordering was also not available, but hopefully they will be soon. I got their normal pearl milk tea with 30% sweetness and no ice. It was pretty good, although the boba was pretty flavorless and a bit starchy (I'm honestly very picky about boba, though, and rarely get it anymore). I also had their passionfruit green tea with boba and QQ noodles, which was really good, although still pretty sweet at 30% sweetness. They had a BOGO special going on and I even got a cute free boba keychain. : )

All in all, I will definitely be back to try their other drinks. There are so many good boba places in the tri-valley area now, which is great. They have a good variety of drinks and I like that you can adjust sweetness and ice levels on the majority of the drinks. Customer service was friendly and...

Absolutely love this Gong Cha location! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean and well-maintained the entire store was—floors, counters, even the drink prep area looked immaculate. It really made the whole experience feel even more enjoyable.

What truly made our visit stand out, though, was the incredible service from Justin and Lauren. They were both so friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Justin helped walk us through the menu and gave great recommendations, while Lauren made our drinks with such care and precision—everything was crafted to perfection. You can really tell they take pride in their work.

We left with smiles on our faces and drinks that were perfectly balanced in flavor, sweetness, and texture. Can’t wait to come back again soon. Huge shoutout to the team for making our visit...

I attended the grand opening, but the arrangement was poorly managed. I waited an extra 2 hours in line. The grand opening promotion was misleading, it said the first 200 orders were free with a drink. Many people didn't wait in line, didn't order anything, and received free drinks. When I asked why, the staff was impolite, refused to respond, and avoided my question. Overall, it was a bad experience in this store, and I will not be coming back. And I bought boba here, it was not good and weird, with no flavor...
