The 2 people that helped me on today's visit was Sam, and Jennifer. Right away they greeted me with smiles and a very welcoming tone to their voices welcoming me to this store. They asked if I needed help and to save time I did ask for help. They walked me over to the section I needed and looked in the back for my right sizes in product. After that the items I did not want they were quick to know not to take it back that they would handle all my items I did not want which I am not use to at all. But the moment she walked into this big five. It was an amazing experience. Damon was methodical and understanding of my wife's circumstances. He was not at all looking to rush us. He wanted us to find the perfect shoe. His knowledge in shoes surpasses all comprehension. He pointed us through a number of shoes each better than the last. I was greated when coming through the front door and asked by a couple employees if I needed any assistance while I was browsing around the store. I ended up at gun counter to look at binoculars.
