Starbucks — Restaurant in Dublin

Happened to be the spot where I'd be meeting a good old friend for a couple of hours. I was driving from South bay and he started from Tracy and we kind of agreed upon to meet in this Dublin Starbucks location.

Got in and it seemed to be a pretty busy spot as it took a bit to find parking even though there looked to be a big parking lot right next to it. Once parked and settled in we hopped in and placed our orders. Must say that the place is pretty pet friendly as my friend had his dog with him all this while with him.

Got in our orders and were conveniently able to grab a corner table with some sunlight trickling in as well. Seemed to be busy in the beginning though eventually it became a quick order pickup for most the customers that came in.

Can definitely use the place to work as there are ample spots available inside though it gets to see a lot of traffic and it might work better if you plan your visit accordingly.

Overall a 5 on 5 and would definitely love to go back as time and...

Worst experience I've ever encountered at a Starbucks. I placed an order for a breakfast sandwich, with five people behind me in line to place their orders. As I stand waiting for my sandwich, those five customers received their orders and they are off to their destinations. I had to ask about my order and I discovered that they never started the process to make it, heat it, or whatever they do because I see the rep run over to put my order in their oven. I get the excuse that they were shorthanded. Yet, everyone else paid and received their orders in a timely matter. No one else had to make a second request to have their order fulfilled. I didn’t imagine that i will write this review for star bucks as i ve always had a very pleasant experience . Unfortunately the workers at this branch lacks the customer service skills. What happens that i made an order & waited for it bit realized that other customers ‘s orders who came after me were already met so I asked politely about mine & it looks like they forgot about it. What really bothered me was the barista reaction when she said next time you should do whatever like it is my faults or something & even didn’t give me the full order. Yes i know they were busy but i think if you only apologized about the situation that would be enough. Never go...
