I usually never write reviews but the service was horrible here. The place doesnโt close until 10:30pm on Google but the waitress said last call at 8:15pm so Iโm like okay maybe they close at 9pm. At 8:50pm, a Korean couple walked in and the lady said theyโre closed at 9:00pm yet she still seated them. Then shortly after the couple got seated we asked for the porridge and the waitress stepped away and then came back in 20 seconds telling us theyโre out of rice! (What??? ) I knew she was blatantly lying because we werenโt Korean and she knew we couldnโt understand so I was just going to let it go taking it as if It was an unlucky day for us. However 5 minutes later the couple next to us was ordering and speaking in Korean with the waitress and ordering rice (my sister and I understand some Korean especially the word rice in Korean) and even though there was a curtain to separate us and we canโt see, we heard it. To validate that, one of us went to the restroom and saw that the table was given rice. This just made me so upset and felt so wronged. I proceeded to confronting the waitress and telling her that the service is very bad here and she asked whyโI said that she had rice and she lied about itโwhat she didnโt know is that I can understand some Korean. She said she only had a little bit left which doesnโt make any sense. I told her that just because we are not Koreans, we shouldnโt be treated like that. (Especially because we had paid before the whole rice thing happened and we even tipped well.) I will never return to this place ever again. This really upsets me because I can clearly see the difference in how Iโm being treated at a Korean restaurant when Iโm with my husband who is Korean vs. when Iโm not with a Korean and it shouldnโt...

There broth is very good, i usually gets really sleepy after eating broth because of so much MSG but this one had no MSG!!!. I'm very sensitive to MSG so my body reacts quick if the broth has MSG. This place is Japanese Shabu Shabu with Korean Twist...meat taste very juicy, (need to order Premium) and seafood was very fresh. If you are in Atlanta, must try it, best shabu shabu in Atlanta area. I'll been going to this place for over 5 years and during past year or so few more has open up. They tried to copy the taste but it's just not the same. I did try few other place, there are little bit cheap but quality is not same. If you want to eat Best Shabu, must try it. Only thing i didn't like about was the server, they were so busy, didn't get what i need on time. There lunch is very busy, but dinner is okay. Place to be with your family and...
ย ย ย Read moreThe food is good but the service is poor. We came with a group of 5 and our waiter kept coming over and tried to control all of our soup's heat settings even though we've all done it before and nothing was set at anything too high. It took away from the actual experience. She kept pushing the buttons instead of just asking us politely.
She also kept insisting only to the non Asians in our group if they needed forks even asking "are you sure" and "wow your so good at using chopsticks" later which made me really uncomfortable.
Other servers just had their hands crossed and looked annoyed when we asked for things. We will not be back here. Try the Gom Shabushabu in Suwanee if you want to stay with this franchise, their service is...
