The place has very limited parking since it’s in a small plaza with shared spaces among several other businesses. The parking spots are also very tight, making it a bit difficult for cars to pull in and out.
Since it just opened, I got a BOGO promotion (buy one drink, get one free of the same kind). It’s a small shop with limited seating, so it works best for pickup. Because of the promotion, there were a lot of customers. If you’re not in a rush, the wait isn’t too bad. Since everyone was doing BOGO orders, it essentially doubled the number of drinks being made per person, so the wait is understandable.
I love the taste of the yogurt here! The drink is like a cold yogurt shake. I got a mild brain freeze because I was thirsty and drank it a little too fast. We had the Oreo yogurt drink and the Purple Rice yogurt drink. The Oreo tasted more like Oreo than yogurt, but it was still yummy. It blended well and the texture was smooth. The Purple Rice had a heart next to it on the menu, so I took that as a store recommendation; that’s why I ordered it. However, I personally felt the purple rice didn’t mix that well with the yogurt. Next time, I’ll probably go with plain yogurt or try one with fruit.
I also wanted to try their dessert options, like the fromage cheesecake, but they only sell it as a whole cake, and I didn’t want an entire cake. The same goes for their Boston pie, which is also only sold whole. When I was there, the croffle menu only had the matcha option left, so I didn’t try that either.
I will definitely come back to try more flavors. Highly...
Read moreWent to the grand opening, and it was extremely poorly organized. They advertised "first 25 people" at a certain time would receive a free drink, but when we got there the employee told people they could "choose" to be in the free line, or opt for the BOGO offer. Then they purposely slowed the "free" line and allowed almost the entire BOGO line to enter first and order, before taking orders from the other line. The employee also complained that someone had ordered 60 drinks in the morning which slowed things down (understandable) so they were limiting people to 1 order per guest (also understandable). We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our drinks because someone ordered 12 drinks plus desserts. Not sure if it was a friend of the owner or an employee, but the extra delay and bending of "rules" just added to the overall frustration.
Our drinks were fine. They taste like the sum of their parts (yogurt+fruit). Not worth the wait or dealing with the terrible...
Read moreVery rude. Their hours for soft opening days were until 10pm per their post on social media. We went at 7:30pm today. When we were at the door, this guy, not sure if he’s owner or manager, held the door making sure door was locked and screamed at us SOLD OUT SOLD OUT with his hands making X in front of my face, laughing. I mean I was right there he didn’t have to scream. I didn’t even grab the door or anything. He could’ve opened door since he was right at the door and say sorry we are sold out nicely, instead of locking the door or making sure it’s locked, I would’ve been fine. It’s a new business and soft opening so I understand they can be out of things earlier than expected but he should have been nicer to customers who came to them. Why would you be rude to your new customers. Please be professional and don’t make X sign with your hands right in front of someone’s face....
