NOT "Freaky Fast"! I placed an order early afternoon for six sandwiches via the app. Using the app is convenient because every family member can pick out their sandwich and add it to the cart. I walked inside the store about 5 minutes later. There were three people ahead of me in line. After they had finished and received their sandwiches, I asked if they had an ETA on my order. they told me my order had just come through, and this is several minutes later now mind you. There were also five employees working there... My kids came in to check on me when I wasn't going back to the car 15 minutes later... and by that time three or four others had come in, ordered sandwiches, and went on their way... Fast forward 35 minutes later, they're finally wrapping up our six sandwiches, trying to get the right names on the right sandwiches (which they did!), and we were back on the road.
Were they unfriendly? No, they weren't. At the same time, it felt really weird that more than 30 minutes went by, with five employees, six sandwiches, a quiet apology at the end, and that was it...
What would I have done differently if I was in their shoes? I would have informed the customer that we were running behind for whatever reason, offered a bag of chips, maybe a cup for pop, or a coupon to come back for a free sandwich at a later time. But none of that was offered and I wasn't going to prolong the stay, since we were already on a time crunch to get back to the cities. which is why we chose Jimmy John's to begin with LOL I probably won't return to this location, but hoping this review helps develop maybe a little better customer service and efficiency in the future.

Read moreWith "Now Hiring" signs on the window, during our visit a woman came in with a couple grocery bags from the store next door and asked to speak to the manager about a job. The kid behind the counter said he would be out shortly, never handing her an application. To his credit, he was the only one making sandwiches and waiting on people. She said she'd wait for him. Another employee came out, older than the first, and she asked if he was the manager. He said no, he's in the back, and left on a delivery. She waited in total about 10 minutes with no more acknowledgement from an employee. The "manager" did finally came out, looked her direction, grabbed himself a cup and filled it at the pop station, and went in the back to chat with the other younger employee. She sat a few more minutes with the employees continuing to ignore her. She was clearly upset, grabbed her bags, and left without anyone ever speaking to her again. The manager continued on as if nothing happened. That now hiring sign should include his job, too....
Read moreMade the mistake of typing in the wrong phone number (I wrote 14 instead of 13, simple typo mistake) and the manager on shift was very unprofessional (screaming at me when they finally got the right phone number and then proceeded to argue with me when I was doing my best to calmly explain to her and apologized for MY mistake). Hearing that this is a franchise location and that disrespectful behavior paired with it?? Not surprising at all. I can't relate, from one manager to another.. I would've faced huge repercussions if I ever handled a situation the way this lady did. Anyways, from time to time I order delivery from here in the evenings and I think I'll stick to that!! Whoever is managing day/afternoon needs an attitude check. Never again. Night staff keep doing what...
