My first ever time going to Raising Cane's I went there to try something new, something that I haven't tried before. I had the pleasure of meeting Michael at the drive-thru, he was extremely polite and cordial, because it was my first time. He politely even let me pull up closer and explained everything that was on the menu. Michael was extremely friendly, so greatly polite and I believe enhanced the experience for me. He even told me what deals were available for the day, because I was ordering for myself and for my father who also wasn't there, he recommended the box that also came with coleslaw, and my dad really enjoyed the coleslaw, and my dad said the chicken was incredibly soft and juicy "unbelievably soft." Is what he said to quote him. I myself got the sandwich, which he also recommended because I like sandwiches and burgers, and he said personally it enhanced the flavour of the chicken fingers. Which I can attest to, the sandwich was SUPER flavourful, jam-packed with big chicken fingers, and they were incredibly soft. I really liked the sauces in the sandwich, and the fries were crispy to go with it. I enjoyed my experience very much, which is why I am leaving this review. Thank you Michael, for being so friendly and helpful, I truly appreciate it, and thank you to the very kind lady who handed me my food, she was also polite though I was unable to catch her name. I hope to...
Read moreDon't do curbside pickup. I decided to make an account and do curbside today, after placing the order, I arrived 5 minutes later and hit "I'm here". I got confirmation and even saw my check-in time - 2:16PM. I know curbside usually takes longer than drive thru, but 20 minutes in at 2:36 I finally decided to call to figure out how much longer it'd be. After waiting 2 minutes on the line I got through, only to be immediately hung up on. A second call drew more success, and the employee told me he'd "prioritize getting my order out to me". And he did, at least, he sent someone out with it immediately. But it was cold. Like, sitting untouched for 15 minutes cold. No recourse either. If I had to guess, it got forgotten and my call prompted them to bring it out. Either case, I don't think it's worth doing curbside ever again with this location. Nor do I feel like ordering again after this experience.
Edit: they told me to reach out by email or calling. As someone who hates calling, I decided to email. They responded to the email telling me to call. What a joke, why even present an option to email then?
Edit 2: they followed up to my reply with a completely unrelated response. Seems some CS rep meant to reply to someone complaining about a charge, not me.. I haven't had such a terrible support experience in half a decade. Just had to...
Read morethe food and employees are SO good and i literally go here every week but i had to take a star off because the parking situation is RIDICULOUS. i usually come between 8-10pm, and the parking lot is always so full with the drive thru taking up about half of the lot. being a mobile app order, i have to take another 5 mins just to park so i can pick up my order. that completely defeats the purpose of an “in and out” ordering style. like why am i parking in the next building of some dark alley just for some chicken? the restaurant parking lot is SO SMALL and it’s honestly a terrible development decision since canes is a very popular franchise and every canes i’ve been to has drive thru lines that extend all around the store. they’re ALWAYS busy. so why wouldn’t they anticipate this when building this new one? the one in buford’s parking lot is much bigger and anticipates the crowd it always gets. i’m not really sure what else they can do since the canes is already built, but having a bigger parking lot would be amazing. sometimes i just thug it out and drive the extra 30 mins to the buford location when i rlly don’t wanna deal with parking...
