I really enjoyed my Crumbl cookies, and I thought the in-store kiosk ordering option was so easy to use. I think the simplicity of the menu and the well-designed ordering interface made ordering my cookies quick and easy.
The cookies were served warm, and they are big cookies. I got the box of four, but for me, one cookie was enough.
The cookies are very sweet, which I thought masked the flavor of the cookie. For example, with the peanut butter cookie, the first flavor is just pure sweetness, which is followed by a hint of peanut butter. I felt the same about the chocolate cookie. First was the sweetness and and a hint of chocolate followed.
I don't remember the exact flavor, but I thought the cookie in my box that had the most authentic or strongest flavor was a cookie that tasted like a snickerdoodle or similar cookie.
Because of the cookie's size and being warm, I found them a bit difficult to eat in a car.
Overall, Crumbl cookies are very good and big enough...
Read moreThere was one girl working the counter today around 6pm. My wife went in for a gift card. Nobody else in the store, worker made a bee line for the back of the store and hid until someone else came into the store to the pickup counter. She tried to buy a gift card on the kiosk. The kiosk was not working, and she tried to get the employees' attention. Instead of helping my wife, she helped multiple people who came in after right away. I went in after about 5 min to see what was going on, and at least 5 people came in and was helped. We tried 2 kiosks, and the 3rd time at the 2nd, it finally worked. The best part, you have to have them activate the gift card. So our "order" for a gift card went through, and then she finally helped us. All the time we spend standing around gave us plenty of time to see how nasy the floor and counters looked. I'm not a fan of the cookies anyway. The gift card was a birthday gift for someone else, but this interaction crumbl'd any desire...

Don't get me wrong the service was good and the employees were nice but I was expecting (maybe hoping) for a slightly more one on one type of service like an old school local bakery. This wasn't that and it's where society is heading which is okay.
I expected a larger selection of flavors but then I tried a little bit of 3 different flavors and realized that they don't need a huge catalog of flavors because what they are offering they are doing right and it will be delicious.
It is definitely more spendy but as a treat I promise it is worth it. These aren't your 3 pack of bagged Walmart cookies so don't expect the price to be the same either.
All in all, I...
