Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Duluth

The only reason I’m giving one star is because I’m a normal that goes there twice a day or will have my man go for me. The two girls working today at 2:30pm are just the rudest girls I’ve ever met in a coffee shop. I ask for a shot and half extra of espresso not to be a pain but because 2 shots felt to strong and one wasn’t strong enough. The employee Eric is great to me every time so I know it can be done. He’s even told me all they have to do is press 6 oz but that they don’t know either how to do the math or how to ring it up so they will tell me it physically can’t be done. Every time I use to ask I’d get a sigh and eye roll from this girl employee and I thought it was weird when I didn’t get one today. Instead they just decided to make it how they wanted. When I heard them call out the van haz latte extra shot I asked before grabbing because last week that same girl yelled at me for grabbing someone else’s drink that had only an extra shot because they don’t always call out the whole order. Today she told me it was my drink and when I asked if I could get a half more because that’s what I ordered, not trying to be a pain, and was told they can’t do that. Than as I’m madly walking away I just told her I get it done for me everyday except when she’s working, then all a sudden she can put a half shot in it? WHAT!? Doesn’t make any sense and I’m sick of looking and feeling stupid for ordering a drink that I order everyday. I use to come here because you are a block away from home but at this point I’d almost rather driving a few extra blocks to a Starbucks and pay more, but get treated decently. I’m beyond annoyed with this girl, and if it was the first time I’d think she had a bad day, but it’s every time now I’m praying she’s...

Seriously go here all the time! Get the same thing! A large latte with 4 xtra shots! It’s hit or miss weather or not I get what I order now! They for some reason like to put my large size coffee in an extra large cup and pour a bunch of milk In it which is not what I pay for. If I didn’t want strong coffee I’d order something else. I pay a lot for what I order so from now on I’ll go somewhere else because I can’t always hang around and wait for a new correct drink like today. So disappointing! I don’t know why they decide for me that I need extra milk in an xl cup when I order a large in a specific way...

This morning I had preordered some coffees and due to a situation (out of the control of the employees) was unable to pick up my order. I spoke with Savannah about the order and she went out of her way to refund my order and make sure I was taken care of for the day. She handled that situation with an amazing amount of kindness and professionalism- even with it being an overwhelming morning - and it was appreciated on my end so very much.
