McDonald's — Restaurant in Dundee Township

, nThe wait was extremely long an the two lane/ lines made it so confusing for the staff, not only was my order incorrect but cai in front And behind me both got wrong orders,No one apologized n acted like it was my fault that they screwed up, couldn't believe how rude the gal was, after getting my order corrected n brought out to me they still forgot the drinks n when I mentioned that the gal had a fit complete with foul language n in front of my two small children too, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place during a busy lunchtime they failed 100% Never have I been to a McDonald's like this one. . .Dont kno what happened But it used to be a Great place to eat w/ family n friends, But obviously they stop caring n Who's interviewing n hiring these employees?? Maybe corporate needs to help out at this Branch, Hoping it was just that they were busy overwhelmed at the time, but the couple in the car in front of me n the lady behind me both said that its been like this for a lil while nowthey were both locals , n I wasn't to far from home, I live in Monroe n our 4 local restaurants are busy n slow at times, but never expected to be treated like I was today, usally I would never complain about something like this, But this really bothered me n my family an just wanted to say so, Hopefully someone is listening an/ or reading these comments that works there n helps get these areas improved n corrected Soon Too, 1st time ever having a bad experience at McDonald's. . .n hopefully the last, I'm not trying or going to let this employee ruin my days of enjoying McDonald's. . We (2 adults and 2 children) placed our order at the self serve kiosk, took our number and receipt, had a seat and waited. And waited, and waited. After waiting 20 minutes for our order I went to the counter and had to flag someone down (loudly) to find out the status of our order. They told me they were working on our order at that moment. The order came out shortly thereafter (fries were cold, but the kids were hungry and didn't want to risk the wait for fresh fries). We were short a beverage so I again approached the counter. And again I had to flag someone down just to get their attention. Got the coffee and returned to my table. Then we realized that the kids did not get the dipping sauce for their nuggets. This time another member in our party went to the counter. She, being a little more quiet, stood waiting for someone to ask if they could help her. I timed it...it took four minutes. She asked for the sauce and the young woman who got it for her put it in her hand so hard that her hand hit the counter. We'd all had enough so she just brought the sauce to the table so that the kids could eat. This particular McDonald's seems to be lacking in customer service skills and efficient operation. They should send their staff to the McDonald's on Stadium, east of Jackson Rd in Ann Arbor to find out what great service is all about. Or maybe ALL of their employees were just...

Let me start by saying I've worked for McDonald's so I know what is expected. Any review telling you they had good service and good food is a load...these people couldn't get it right ever! If I could give the Dundee Michigan McDonald's a zero rating I would! Every time I've visited this place the food has been either cold or stale! The crew is rude and would rather stand around chatting with each other or playing with their friend who come in while they are working. For example today I ordered through the drive thru. Super long wait and then I was asked to pull forward because they had to change out the peach slush. Which is bull because its flavoring they add to shaved ice. When they finally brought the food to the car they forgot the slush. Then I check the bag and see part of the order was missing. I call the young lady back and tell her. She sighs, rolls her eyes at me and says ok takes the bag and basically stomps her way back into the store. I wait again for another 5 minutes for her to bring my order back out. Let me finish this by saying they must have had a shortage on fries because the boxes were less than 1/2 full and what was there was mostly in the bottom of the bag. Final decision even if this was the only McDonald's left on the planet I would starve before going...
