Go in there the 1st day for a sub and they were out of various vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, etc.) So the following day I go in and couldn't get a hot sub because the grills were being cleaned, which is understandable they do have to be cleaned so I decided to get something fried only to find out I couldn't because the fryers were being cleaned as well. Also the customer service was horrible. The woman working the grill was clearly just annoyed with my mere presence. Then when I asked a different woman working for the jalapenos to be taken out of the jar and into the container to get them out she also seemed very annoyed for me simply asking for her to do her job. While waiting for her to do this she very rudely asked for me to get out of her way so she could "put the jalapenos where they go". THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. 2 ladies working. One working the food the other cashier. Young lady who was fixing my meal looked shocked at the cashier's choice words and demeanor. She's rude evil and highly disrespectful. She yelled at me rushed me cursed at me, then told me to have a good night. I guess to be polite. What did i do? Order a sandwich and tried to pay for my merchandise. I was highly upset and belittled in front of other customers. Review the tape . Not that much will come off this but this is therr only way i know to get even. I didn't deserve the treatment i got. Some of the worst service but only from one lady I’m a truck driver and come in every 2 weeks when I pass thru town. And have for about 3 years since this lady has worked here she has had attitudes every time we order and acting like it’s a inconvenience to her to make our food she even slams stuff on the counter rolls her eyes at us and has done it for the past few months and I have had enough today she asked if me and my partner was ordering tubbys then rolled her eyes and replied “of course” as she proceeded to slam the pen down and grab the paper to take my order… this lady has serious issues.
