PLEASE for your SAFETY and the SAFETY of your family-AVOID THIS LOCATION (and any others owned by this franchise owner) AT ALL COST! An EMPLOYEE ATTEMPTED TO PHYSICALLY ASSAULT ME BECAUSE I ASKED FOR A REFUND of a product I did not take 1bite of or consume. I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE! I was up-charged for multiple toppings, I did not order nor received. I never touched or ate the product and just simply stated I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back. I was told the store does not permit refunds after they ran my card! When I demanded the money for the item I had just paid for be returned the employee (a younger female early 20 to possible 30s; who appeared to be of African-American decent) became belligerent, started cursing, verbally and physically aggressive taking off her jacket/apron in an attempt to assault me! She had to be restrained by security, am totally not comfortable with this type of behavior! I called the police! The response from the store/owners was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! Who would return to a store where an employee who attempted to physically assault them due to asking for a refund is still employed? I understand as a business owner that employees are difficult to find in this pandemic- however to risk your customers safety and business for an belligerent, ignorant, criminal-behaving/acting employee is INSANE!...
Read moreFirst off, I ordered via Uber Eats and paid for extra toppings, cookie dough to be exact. Cookie dough comes in a whole solid piece, considering I order two, there should have been two of them broken up in my ice cream. There was NOT. There was only one piece in a love it sized ice cream. Imagine, a love it sized ice cream, filled with ice cream and barely a spoonful of cookie dough pieces all broken up. So I was charged for two and only got one.
But that’s not all. As I’m spooning through the ice cream looking for the cookie dough, i find a LONG A** HAIR IN MY ICE CREAM!!!!! DISGUSTING! I have locs, so it DANG SURE COULDN’T HAVE BEEN MINE!
STAY AWAY from this location! They are rude, don’t do refunds, short you toppings, and are UNHYGIENIC!
I spoke with Diana (not sure of the spelling) and she was very “nice nasty”, like getting smart with me but with a nice voice of that makes sense. She then said I need to speak with the manager, so I asked for the manager, and she said I couldn’t speak with him and that he would have to call me. Okay, cool. Never asked me for a name, number, or way to contact me. Apparently, his name is Shazim. Ita a family business, so I’m sure they’re in cahoots. I will take these matters...
Read moreAfter my first experience here a couple of weeks ago, I was ready to leave 5 stars. Stellar service (I wish I knew her name), and I've always loved Coldstone ice cream. In fact, the kind employee even introduced me to a new flavor after being stuck on my cake batter/strawberry ice cream train for ten years! However, I just got back from my second visit, and felt the need to reach out. The two employees seemed lost. Of course, it is ok to have a bit of trouble with the recipes and the locations of ice creams if you're new (when I was new at Starbucks, it was definitely a journey!!!), but the ice cream I received was unacceptable. Surely they just need more guidance on how to treat customers, also one was having a lot of difficulty with the cookie dough. She placed the cookie one dough chunk in the center, and only broke it into two pieces, leaving two huge chunks throughout the entire cup (gotta have it size is big!). If this were always the service, I'd never come back. I do LOVE Coldstone ice cream in general, so next time I'll probably drive by to see who is working. I do believe those girls can learn the right way, please lend them a helping hand. The ice cream does cost a pretty penny and I wish I'd received a cup that was actually worth...
