Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Durant

Absolute horrible service. Starting with walking in the hostess seemed annoyed that a table for three was present. The restaurant didn’t see too busy around 4pm however they did have one big too which I know puts stress on the kitchen. We were sat and no one came by for a long time, then finally our waiter did to ask us drinks. It didn’t look like he was part of the big party so I’m not sure where the delay was. We had time and ordered drinks and an appetizer (chips and queso). He was fairly quick to get drinks in and out however it took way longer on the queso—we ordered our entrees and we’re getting salads before. He then brought out quac, which wasn’t what we ordered. One of us had soup and was still waiting on that. He came back and said I picked a wrong time to mess up, the kitchen is super busy. Which with the high top I know they were, but our waiter just didn’t seem to care with us. We noticed a table behind sat for even longer to get waited on. We finally got our food and were ready to pay; this is where things really got frustrating. Because our waiter wrong in the wrong app, he just created a separate ticket to I guess void later, which made it where we couldn’t pay separately. I told him and he looked at me confused as if I did something wrong. I told him we had a free app coupon we wanted to use and we were paying separately. So then he brought another server over to assist although she was coming in blind and just moved things to the other ticket. He tried to tell us when you get queso, you pay for chips and salsa and for the queso—which has never been the case. I told him that we wanted to use the coupon and it should have covered both. He just look confused and got the other server who assisted. She came over frustrated and looked at me and said, “what are you so confused about” obviously upset and annoyed at this point, I explained I’m not confused, this guy is, I believe this entered in incorrectly and we just to get this taken care of. They walked off, moved the queso to the “void” ticket and didn’t even use my coupon. We got it right in the end but it was a horrible experience that upset us. Would...

If there was a negative 5 stars I would have given that. My husband and I were on a date for the first time in a long time. Our sever Stacy was extremely rude and disconnected from our table. I tried to order a frozen margarita to be told they cannot make it frozen. My husband ordered a medium rare steak. When we got our food the steak was very well done. We asked for it to be remade,instead of just taking the steak she snatched up the whole plate leaving him absolutely no food. 45 minutes later he still did not have any food. The server did not check in the entire time. I finally had to wave her down and ask for the check because he still had no food. She replies oh let me check on that. I said don't worry about it we are ready to go. She had the steak taken off and brought the check set it down and walked away. 10 minutes later we had to ask for a manager due to we were paying cash and could not use the little table kiosk. I explained just how upset we were and the manager seemed to care until she said I'll have your server just cash you out. She took our money to the server and told her we complained but not to worry about it both of them laughing and rolling their eyes. Maybe they should not have done that 1 table down where we could see and hear them. I never not leave a tip knowing how hard servers work. However this time I left no money. First this is not the first chilli's that didn't meet expectations. We ordered the skillet queso. When it arrived it look like something you find in a diaper. The word queso also implys there is some sort of cheese, after sitting for our entire meal I could still pour it into a glass. For entrees we had the quesadilla explosion salad and the steak and shrimp fajitas. First the salad had little to no dressing, the quesadilla look old as the cheese was like a solid block, watery, and no taste. This was a favorite of ours once. Now the fajitas. The first thing I noticed was they weren't sizzling when brought to the table. When I tried the beans they were cold like they weren't held hot in the kitchen or they were trying to close early. When the beans were brought back from the kitchen it was obvious the lazy kitchen staff just heated them in a microwave. The flour tortillas were hard and stale as if left out. The steak was tough and over cooked. At least the shrimp was done right. When getting a refill for the sweet iced tea the server brought back unsweetened.
