Papa John's Pizza — Restaurant in Durant

I have no complaints on the food at Papa John's Pizza at the Choctaw Casino, it was hot and fresh and very tasty. The atmosphere was great the tables were clean. My only complaint was the staff they do not communicate very well and nobody was in line they were just standing around we wanted the pre made pizzas pieces and only had 1 pizza we asked how long before more choices and they kinda shrugged their shoulders then the other girl said 10 minutes one will be out so we said we would sit down and wait, well within 1 minute they put out a cheese pizza lol, so we got 1 piece cheese and 1 piece of supreme it was very good but staff is not helpful or friendly at all which is sad because we love Papa John's hopefully it...

The female “leader” needs training on customer service as well as leading a team. I can bet the turnover is high. I witnessed her act like a child and talked down at the staff when the pizza came out the wrong way and then run in the back. They ask for you to tip but when you ask for garlic dipping sauce it’s $.96… when asking her comment was did you ask for it? Ordered XL Works hand tossed pizza and 8 piece buffalo wings on 8/2/25. The pizza had no taste, was not completely cooked. After tasting a piece threw entire pizza away. I order buffalo wings and was given bar b que wings. They were not good, tasted rubbery, threw them away also, tasted one of them. Although food was a credit $30 for pizza and $15 for wings, this was money wasted. Should have gone to Smash Burger. I don’t know what went wrong with Papa...
