This place is just awful. Itās become a running joke on whether they are going to have cold brew iced coffee and we place bets before going. I kid you not they more often donāt have cold brew coffee and will charge you EXTRA ($2.00-$3.00) to ācustomizeā an iced coffee even if you are literally getting the same coffee and just replacing the cold brew with standard iced coffee. Iāve called countless times corporate and nothing gets done. The line is ALWAYS ridiculously long and the wait is outrageous. Today was the final straw and why I will probably never go back. After waiting 30 minutes in line I pulled up to the kiosk to place my order only to find out that they didnāt have cold brew or iced coffee⦠a coffee shop without coffee⦠they said they could make it as an americano but it would cost $3.00 more since itās a customization. Support a small business and go to Sweet Treats bakery here in town or if you donāt want to go inside and rather go through a drive thru go to a Texas owned company and get HTeaO. Their Horchata iced coffee is amazing!!! Starbucks itself is a great company but this one here...

I ordered a cold brew with extra sweet foam on top and they didn't have any, so they suggested an americano i agreed as long as they put a lotttt of sweet foam on top, they said yes and of course they charge extra for it. Thats fine i always pay extra for it when they add it to my cold brew. I got the drink and it was nasty, not only did they not add sweetness to the sweet cold foam, the drink has no ice and its sooo bland, the foam was only like 1 inch at the top of my cup when i ordered a lotttt. The cold brew i usually order are very rich and strong and this one was horrible. I spend $15 in total because i got a cheese danish and a feta cheese wrap but wow was the drink not worth the almost $7 i payed for. Do better starbucks in eagle pass! I hate having to go back and...

I have worked at Starbucks and my husband is currently working at Starbucks, different location way up north. I keep wanting to give them a chance and keep telling myself may be new people, may be busy (when they literally just have 2 cars). Today was my last straw. Monotoned welcome and horrible service, always putting us on hold⦠I know that system can take more than one order at a time.
