I don't know why the younger generation has the lack of integrity of doing their job. We waited 3 minutes at the counter for somebody to come to us knowing that they see us not one person came to take our order. We turn around and started processing Our order to the Self order. Sad to say We ended up having to ask to have somebody take a order due to the self service order not cooperating. The place looks bad inside. They have an area for mops and cleaning buckets right next to where I eat. And poorly covered or no coverings at all. Really looks horrible and can't be sanitary. Went inside and ordered for take away. I asked for no tomatoes on anything. Looked in the bag and what do I see? Tomatoes on my nachos. Ordered ADD steak. Billed for SUBSTITUTE beef for steak. Ordered and paid for Extra cheese. After they remade it without tomatoes this time, I got home and found this. No tomatoes, no steak, no extra cheese and no sour cream! Waste of my time. Want to give a huge shoutout to Omar and the night crew that worked on Tuesday, April 22nd.

Scummy DoorDash driver, Daniel, only brought half my order and refused to pick it up. When I called this location and asked if my food was still there, the nice young lady said it was and that I can pick it up. She even offered to make a fresh order, which I said wasn’t necessary. The Taco Bell crew was very polite and professional yet DoorDash driver and support staff was basically useless.

If you see Omar, you know your order is coming out perfect. Management needs to give him and the crew a raise.
