Dunkin' — Restaurant in East Greenwich

I placed a mobile order from an apartment in east greenwich where I work, it is about 2 minutes away from the dunkin. The first time I ordered from here a worker gave the biggest additude and said how I order and immediately pull up to the drive through and how we give them no time, I brushed it off at first. But today she did the same thing and when we got up to the drive through all they were doing was talking, one worker was actually sitting down and talking. I ask if I’m not supposed to do this and she replies “You can but you order and immediately come before we have time to make anything” But what do they do when people order regularly and come to the window? Sit and complain? They clearly don’t take their job serious and I have gotten the most additude from the same workers here constantly. My order was not big either, hash browns, a coffee, a drink, a donut. Pretty easy if you ask me. She also says none of the food was in and how they had to “rush” to make it. Once I got my food I said thank you to a different girl , she ignored me and closed the window and went back to talking. Mind you this dunkin wasn’t busy at all so they couldn’t be stressed out. If zero stars were allowed I would give zero. Worst dunkin by far. So many times I order at the speaker and then when I get to the window they try to give me the wrong order. Then ask what I ordered. Today the last time I visit rhia sorry excuse for a dunkin. Same thing happened I ordered at the window. Just a coffee. Nothing complicated ( well nothing complicated for people with a brain) got to the window and the lady opened it with her head turned laughing at someone inside. Then said $8.56. I said for a coffee.? She said oh u didn't order a sandwich and coffee. I said no just a coffee. She looked very confused. Then asked me what kind of coffee I want. I've come here through the drive thru three different times and every time I do I receive incredible attitude from the order takers. All i've ordered are ice waters and one order of hash browns . I also work at dunkin, I ordered an ice water with my hash browns, which should be free as long as I purchase something and the girl order taking at the window forgot to add my water to the order. When she handed me the hash browns i asked for my iced water and she tried to charge me extra for it. When i explained that i already ordered an ice water she continued to give me attitude and insisted that i need to pay an additional fee for my water along with my hash browns. terrible attitude problems with the girls i've dealt with here.
