I’m furious I can’t give zero stars.. the night shift on 4/15/2024 was absolutely distasteful and disgrace of representation for this company. To start, the customer service was BEYOND piss poor.. there was no greeting, communication or customer service displayed in the 10 minutes I was standing in the wait line. I didn’t even get their signature “WELCOME TO MOE’S”.. As the line started to decrease, I waited patiently for my turn to approach the ordering counter, be greeted with a warm smile (at the least) and enjoy a great meal! Unfortunately, that was not the case. After taking the previous customer in front of me, I still was not greeted. No warm smiles, welcomes. Etc. just cold bothered stares. No communication. While the 3 male staff members tried to clean up prep stations, chop up steak, to avoid taking my order. Eye contact was made, but no “I can help, whoever’s next!” Or “hi! Are you ready to order?” Just cold stares and returning back to duties that should be done AFTER closing.. (it was only but 7:20pm). As I continued to patiently wait to see if maybe they were just prepping the bar to make it easier for the next few orders or just protocol before taking the next customer they still REFUSED to acknowledge me.. a woman came from the back soon after and looked like she wouldve been kind enough to finally take my order! She asked the other male employee who is pictured below with glasses about if i was already taken of. But he said something quietly under his breath, she giggled and then proceeded to ignore me like the rest of the employees. At that point my patience had completely vanished and the frustration began to rise. i walked down to the register and asked if there was a supervisor on shift that i could speak to or a business email/number that i can contact. The male employee with red hair proceeded to inform me this is a private owned restaurant, there is no business email or number and insisted on invalidating clear business/company code refusing to give customer service and hospitality. His words were along the lines of to "you walk up to the counter. You do not need to be greeted or spoken to". Not only am I disgusted and disappointed with this crew, I am torn by this company and its poor choice of hiring employees who do not value or understand the core values and beliefs of true customer service and hospitality. DO NOT GO TO THIS MOE'S IF YOUR LOOKING FOR BARE MINIMUM SERVICE WHILE TRYING TO ENJOY A MEAL!!!! YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE ABSOLUTELY DISTASTEFUL!

Food wasn’t bad… it was what I wanted and expected so that’s good. It seemed only one out of the 3 or 4 employees had any idea on how to work with customers though and he was at the end of the line… didn’t receive the standard “welcome to moes.” When starting my order, I got a “whachu want?” Asked for a kid’s quesadilla and it got folded into a taco and then a burrito and then something that hasn’t even been created yet and then wrapped in aluminum.. I asked the next two employees about the concoction and if it could be made into a quesadilla and I was asked if I wanted him to make a new one.. so I appreciated that. I hope they have some meetings or talks because the food isn’t bad and there was a good employee there that can lead by example

I love moes, but it seems like every time I get food from here they mess up the order like crazy. For example I ordered an Uber eats order just now. 3 tacos with toppings black beans cheese and 1 with tofu (I’m vegetarian.) I got one with just lettuce and sour cream some tomatoes which I didn’t order and like almost no cheese, one with tofu lettuce and sour cream, and one that was made correctly but had chicken in it, still no black beans. They were all cold. The first taco literally had basically nothing in it. I’m disappointed.

Moe's was new - and it's always cool to check out a new place, so my girlfriend and I did. After having been there though, I have to say I'm not a real fan. I agree that the smaller-ish burrito places in the area - Robburitos, Neato Burrito, etc., are far tastier with generally better service. I just feel like Moe's misses on a few points - Menu - I can't be the only person who finds their menu, while humorous, to be kind of difficult to understand. Staff - No problems with the staff in general, just utter amazement that there are like 10 people back there and it's still not fast. Not fast at all. Similar places in my experience are pretty quick with half that staff count. 'Welcome to Moe's when you enter - I get that this is part of the charm of the place - they're supposed to say it when people come in - but man, I feel for those people who have to do that all the time. And it shows - it gets kind of not so upbeat pretty rapidly - which kind of defeats the purpose. Kind of Dry - For me, 2 things that make the burrito are the moisture and the even distribution of the flavors throughout. They got the last part, but it seemed difficult to jam a tasty sauce into the burrito itself. Some of the salsas they're famous for would be cool to throw inside - not after the fact when you'd have to deconstruct it. I believe you can get the queso (which is tasty) inside the burrito as well which would've helped but somehow got lost on me during the process.

Maybe chalk it up to being relatively new - but I'm going to give it some time...
