I'm usually not the type of person to write a review or complain about an order, but my experience with this location was honestly horrible. I ordered a delivery through the app and received my order 30 minutes after the expected delivery time, which ended up being an hour and a half after I ordered. The food ended up being someone else's order with the same name. We contacted the support line to see if we could get a refund and get our order remade. They were extremely nice and did give us a refund and also transferred us to this location in order for us to get our food remade. We were nice on the phone and asked how we could get our food remade and they told us we would have to go to the location for that to happen. We are college students who don't have cars so we had to take an uber to get there, which ended up being $30 all together (this was more than our original order). Once we arrived, we told the worker the situation, who then got the manager (who we spoke to on the phone). The manager asked our name and our order number and told the workers to remake our food, but left right after. For the workers, it seemed as though it was a hassle for them to remake the food even though they were the one's who gave the driver the wrong order in the first place. They ended up being out of 2/4 things in my order. If I didn't receive the wrong order, I would have gotten those items. As the worker was making our food, they were very rude and didn't seem to care in the slightest. I understand the workers are also college students and it's a Saturday night, but having to spend the time to go all the way to the location after just wanting our food delivered truly messed up our night. They were very very busy, and I understand it can be really stressful working in food service, but I dont think that's an excuses for poor customer service. I asked a young woman if they had received an online order like many people had before me, she said she would go check, a male employee turned to me & long story short at the end of this I was told i could never come back into the restaurant, this man refused to give me my order , yelled to other employees to look at me & stated she is never allowed back in while everyone in the lobby stared at me, I was beyond embarrassed, I also had my 10yr old daughter with me who did not deserve to be subjected to this. I just wanted to know if they had received the order I knew it probably won't be ready for 30 min and that was fine, But he just kept repeating I have 50 orders im not concerned about yours. After being treated this way I'll admit my manners could have been better I told this man it was common sense, I didn't want to wait 30 min only to find out they didnt receive the order, he then yelled at me I was the one without common sense. Read moreCame into the location with my family. There were four people working. One in prep, one on the register, and two on the line. There were three other people in the establishment. We were the only ones in line to order. No one bothered to greeted us. The two young ladies were both clearly working on a single ToGo order. Neither one of them said hello or a pleasant greeting coupled with we will be right with you! They all worked VERY hard to NOT make eye contact and pretend we didn't exist It's kinda hard to miss two adults and three small children. After I made a point to make eye contact with someone, one young lady said, "I'll be with you once I finish this order." She seemed irritated, not pleasant and the interaction was not polite or welcoming. I asked how her day was and that was also met with irritation. They both went back to completing this ToGo order INSTEAD OF dividing and one person continued with the order and one person managed the in store customers. Because no one else bothered to engage us in conversation or try to help us to save this sinking ship, (does it take that many people to fill a ToGo order?) we left. For whatever reason the two young ladies on the line looked surprised that we were leaving. We will not be back. I have worked in customer service and food service. This should not have happened.
