Panda Express — Restaurant in East Lansing

Well first off the this post is negative stars but it won't allow me to post without selecting one which seems biased from the start. The food is ok and the exact same at any other Panda Express as one would assume but per my experience this evening it was very unpleasant. I am well aware of people being asked to wear a mask though it is not a law not only did I have to violate my own personal issues and divulge to everyone that I have a medical condition but then I also was still refused service because I did not have a mask on which I repeatedly stated I could not wear due to my medical condition I am very unhappy that I was discriminated against because of a condition that I have no control over! This is beyond unfair and unjust treatment all I wanted was a pop. This is clear violation of my privacy yet when divulging my situation I still was discriminated against I will never be going back to this establishment again. If you are going to enforce masks and have your employees wear them you might want to make them wear masks that actually do something such as n95 not a blue face diaper not to mention the manager who barely had it covering her mouth and nose again this was disgusting how I was treated I'm...

Only rating this 5 stars so it sits at the top, for everyone to read. But, believe me if I could give this place 0 stars I sure would. Although the staff is very polite, the manager I spoke to tonight was not. Im a student at Douglas J and we get a very short break, and sometimes no break at all. Today my friends and I placed 3 orders, that were completely messed up and cold. After calling the store and reporting it to management he proceeded to tell us we could get one free plate of food. For the three boxes of food that we ordered that were cold and incorrect. He proceeded to fight with us, and then after going back and fourth we were told we could get our food remade. At that point we didn’t even want the food, definitely will be avoiding...

Delicious fast food. Large portion for the price. Fast service, able to handle long lines very quickly. Clean and convenient place. Almost all of the menu tastes great. OK staff - not that friendly but they work very fast and accurately.

Bland fried rice and chow mian, though.

And I also have this one weird experience last year when the staff refused to sell me three entrees without rice/vegetables/noodles. She said “because it will cost you more”. I told her I knew that and that’s OK - I’ll pay for it. She still insisted that I can only get 2 entrees and a rice/veggies/noodle. Took me a while to convince her that I really wanted just the three entrees and that I am able to pay for that...
