Frutta Bowls — Restaurant in East Norriton Township

I really was excited about a smoothie bowl place closer than the others I usually go to. Firstly, I placed my order online, saying I'd be there at 12:30. I get there at 12:34, and there is no signage about where to pick up online orders--only a section got Doordash/Grubhub orders. As I'm not a delivery driver, this is useless to me. So I think, guess I have to get in line to ask for my food.. I waited in line for over 20 minutes. Then they tell me I should have "gone over there". How would I possibly know that? But the lady then said, "I'm about to make yours now--so mine wasn't ready anywhere near on time anyway. The worst part is, besides the bowl being way smaller than at any other smoothie bowl place.. I ordered mango, the best part of any smoothie bowl. Only once I left and opened it, did I discover there was no mango. They'd written on the receipt "No mango - extra strawberry".. I didn't want extra strawberry. I wanted MANGO. There's certainly ways to grey out items in online ordering systems when they're out of stock. Why couldn't they just make their website show that mango was unavailable?!! I will not be returning. The employees were nice, but the store is organized in an unclear way, the bowl is not a good size, and to replace an item with extra of another without warning me you ran out of what I wanted? I'd rather have had a refund. Honestly, I'd rather have had a different topping, not more strawberry!...
