Lobster Claw & Deli — Restaurant in East Norriton Township

I have been coming here for awhile and never any issues until last night. I had ordered the gulf shrimp(10pc) platter with the rice and vegetables. So when I went to pick my order up it was on the shrimp in the container which I was charged roughly $15 but for the platter it was alittle over a dollar more. Ok cool mistakes happen. So the daughter rung my order up and like always Asian people especially tend to get on the defense side of things when they make mistakes. So it turned alittle hostile. So the mother comes from the back repeating how next time how to order lol. Instead of saying nothing and just correcting the order itself. Then she goes on to say we will correct it this time free of charge. That’s correct if an error falls on you that’s really the proper thing to do at least I thought. Now here comes the father. Including my puppy who never started out being the issue in the story. Let’s keep in mind I had my puppy in my hand to run in and get my food and run back out. Asian people get real messy and confrontational when they are in the wrong. Let me also add how they start talking about you in there language. They really need to learn customer service skills before interacting with people outside their culture. I worked here since I was 15 up to me being 19 years old and I will be the first to let people know everything here is literally made from scratch every day. Everything here is fresh at a good price. This is not a fast food place so no your food won't be done in 5 mins, the chef takes his time cooking for quality. No the store isn't fancy or but I rather take a small seafood eatery with quality rather than a fancy looking restaurant with low quality. First of all, please note, this is a take out place only! No eat in Restaurant license, no restrooms. There is a variety of foods; seafoods is their specialty and your bovine, swine, and avian choices are minimal. Their prices are average but expect MP (market price) to have a mark-up. Yet, the food was good but I asked for lemon and hot sauce with my broiled Combo numero 1. Do yourself a favor and call ahead. I had to wait 15-20 min for my food during the lunch hour rush.
