I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years. In February I had work done on 4 chains repaired and 3 new watche batteries. One off the new watches stopped working. Kept recipient and went back to the store for a new battery. Of course I was told it was the watch and needed to be sent out, my reply was just replace the battery and see if it worked. It was taken in the back replaced and TOLD WE MARK OUR BATTERIES AND THIS DID NOT HAVE OUR MARK. I WASN'T BEING CHARGED BUT WAS TREATED LIKE I WAS PULLING A FAST ONE FOR A NEW BATTERY. I can well aware pay for a 15.00 battery but the one placed should have been still been working after 4 month. Needless to say I was very upset with the whole situation and will look for a new jewelry store...
   Read moreBent post on my granddaughter’s earring ( sentimental) post broke when they tried to straighten ( which I knew was a possibility) left it to have post replaced. Also a spring ring repair on a necklace. When I went to pick them up they realized the earring needed a back. When attempting to find a back that fit , the post again broke off . Again I left it for repair. Today I went back to pick up the two pieces and was told the earring wasn’t even gold.that was why they couldn’t find a back to fit .
