Regular reviewer, specializing in Phó, in particular. I always get Phó Tai, beef rare on side, and an order of summer rolls. Summer Rolls came out FAST! They were fresh, clean tasting, tasty shrimp 🍤 😋 and veggies! Both got same Phó, I like hoisin and a lil sriracha, but always taste the broth first. Everything was clean and fresh, however, we both agreed the broth tasted... weak. 😌 Perhaps it was just a veggie broth and you need to specify beef bone broth?? 🤔 Anyway, over all was pretty good food, and great service. 👍 One complaint, trivial(?) there was lipstick stained on my water glass so I didnt drink from it! As others have stated, a tad pricey, beware of add-ons adding up quickly, but I know everything is going up in cost, so I get it. Would recommend giving a try, they have a nice variety of dishes and many veg options! Nice dessert list, tho I was too full to try, and nice size portions all around; we could have split the phó! 😆

It's a very decent restaurant and my first impression was good. The restaurant provides a chic ambience, and it's decorated nicely. It gives a crisp and clean atmosphere for it hasn't even been six months since it opened last year. Service rendered was very good. Our server was polite, charming and efficient. Our food came out from the kitchen fairly quickly after we placed our orders. As is often the case for me, I tried Pho Tai for my first visit to establish a baseline for the goodness of a Vietnamese restaurant. Unfortunately, Pho Ngon was only just about average for me. Pho broth was very decent, but it wasn't the best. The beef was a little tough because it came out of the kitchen pretty much well-done. As for their Pad Thai... chicken was significantly under-flavored and had some texture issues per my wife. My pursuit for the best Pho in the area continues.

Update: went back for the Chicken Pho. Hold the hoisin to truly enjoy the broth and make sure you try it with the lime leaf. Next level! have been eating Pho my entire life and this was so good- different and makes me not want to eat other Chicken Pho. I have had a lot of Vietnamese food in my life and I had dishes here I have NEVER had before, and they were SO GOOD! I read some of the reviews on this place and they got it wrong. This is authentic Vietnamese cuisine. These items off of their House Special menu will not disappoint. The spring rolls had a special wrapper that were super crispy- seriously nothing I have ever had. The vegetables were very fresh. It’s a must try. I will be back to try the Pho! Bonus, it’s BYOB and very clean and inviting.

Let me just say - we eat here often, at least 2x a month. Today, my husband and I sat in store and decided to order something different from what we usually do.

We ordered the chicken wings and on first bite, we did not like them. We sent them back immediately. The owner came over and literally interrogated us about why we didn’t like them. It’s one thing to ask, it’s an entirely other thing to tell us that we are in the wrong and try to defend our reasons for not liking them. It’s not like we are the whole plate and sent it back, we took one singular bite. She was interrupting us and did not let us get a word in. She was trying to prove a point.

I spoke with her after and explained that I don’t think she intended to come across maliciously, but that she should be more intentional with how she speaks to customers. She was very defensive, but we ended up shaking hands and going our separate ways.

I’m really indifferent about this place now which is terrible, it used to be one of my favorite quick meals. I hope the owner can take the feedback and apply it to the...
