I can't speak highly enough about my recent experiences at Wendy's on Dekalb Pike, all thanks to an incredible Manager named Brianna. Her above and beyond customer service, accompanied by consistently serving fast and piping hot food, genuinely took my dining experience to the next level.
From the moment I approach the drive thru, Brianna's friendly demeanor and welcoming smile instantly made me feel like a valued customer. She took the time to listen attentively to my order, ensuring all my customizations were accurately noted.
Not only did Brianna flawlessly handle my order, but she also efficiently provided the service I desired. The speed at which she processed and delivered the food was remarkable. It's quite a rarity to find an employee who consistently serves food that is not only quick in preparation but also amazingly hot. Brianna managed to deliver this exceptional standard every single time, making my visits an absolute delight.
What stood out to me the most was Brianna's commitment to ensuring an outstanding customer experience. She went above and beyond to answer my queries and anticipated my needs, making recommendations that enhanced my meal. Her genuine enthusiasm and dedication were truly refreshing and made a significant difference in my overall satisfaction.

Read moreTerrible customer service! The employee who was preparing drinks Jasmine extremely unprofessional and down right disrespectful. She made an error and gave me an extra drink. I politely confirmed that I wasn’t charged for 3 meals and let the cashier know I do not wish to accept this drink. I have no idea what it is. I was responded to nastily “we can’t take it back once it’s out the window” The cashier didn’t have a chance to respond as Jasmin butted in the conversation. “Throw it on the ground then” It’s understood if there was some type of covid protocol which I highly doubt any of the employees are following considering no body has their mask on but I digress. I let them know I wouldn’t be throwing anything on the ground they can take the drink back and discard it. Jasmine then says “I don’t know what the attitude is about”. I do not stand for any disrespect the manager then came over didn’t correct or reprimand her nor did she offer an apology for the terrible experience. What does Jasmine do try to give me another drink I ask her why is she trying to hand that to me. If she was listening and not being disrespectful she would’ve heard me the first time that she made a mistake. She slams her headset and walks off the floor. While the manager is saying “someone go get her it’s not that deep” I only can upload pictures but I do have an entire recording of the ordeal. I would never return to this location and would starve. Read moreThe staff that was here today on 07/03 around 6 pm were so disrespectful. The customer service was almost nonexistent. A couple was in front of me and they did not speak english. I could already tell they would need my help ordering and I was more than happy to step in. The woman at the front was so visibly upset that they could not understand her. Once I stepped in she seemed to not even understand me and I had to explain it about 3 times what the couple wanted. MIND you, I did not have an attitude I was just trying to help the couple get the order they wanted. She kept rolling her eyes and her tone was so dismissive. She then proceeded to go to the back and very openly and loudly express how annoyed she was and she was given us dirty looks toward her coworkers. Then, we heard another employee at the drive-thru say to a customer “One moment please, I will get to you when I get to you, like I said the last time.” I understand working in customer service is NOT easy. Us customers can be difficult sometimes but if it’s going to affect you so much where you can’t keep a smile on your face or you are disrespectful toward the customers then this is not the job for you. As someone who used to work in customer service you need to overlook that customers can be frustrating and even rude themselves at times, but sometimes it crosses the line especially if we know we did nothing wrong.
