One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I am 7 months pregnant… Malone’s was next to my hotel and I was excited reading the reviews so I took my babies. We got to the restaurant around 6:30 it wasn’t very busy there were maybe 8 tables and about half wrapping up their meals. Naya was our server when she came around the first time to get my and my babies’ drinks we weren’t ready to order so she said she’d give us a minute. She brought us our drinks didn’t come back literally until 7:27 to get our food order. We sat there waiting patiently. When she finally did return I didn’t make any fuss and I honestly wasn’t upset she was very sweet in the beginning. I had noticed my phone was going to die and I was going to be using Apple Pay as I had forgotten my card at the hotel we finally ordered meal was $97 on top of the $20 tip I left IN ADVANCE. I ordered a salad it was ok she brought it out quick. But after that I didn’t see her again. She didn’t come check on us she didn’t refill our drinks or anything. For our meal I order a medium well ribeye for nearly $40 with mashed potatoes, chicken strips and friend, and wings and fries for my son and daughter. I also asked her to bring us a chocolate cheesecake in a Togo box. After the food was paid for and she got her tip she never came back. I am a chef in a restaurant myself and orders like that take MAYBE 15 minutes especially because the steak isn’t cooked all the way and I ordered premade potatoes. Also my babies food was fried we didn’t get our food until nearly 8:30 pm and when she brought it to the table she tried rushing away but my son said his chicken strips and fries were “really cold” I asked her to wait and I cut my steak it was bone dry well done ice cold and the potatoes were ice cold and thick my daughters wings were burnt to a crisp with the fries and ice cold too. Naya had the nerve to say “I figured you’d say everything was cold I knew when I pulled it” like so ok why would you bring it to our table then? We already waited an hour you should asked for fresh foods mind you she only had 1 other table besides us. I asked for at least fresh fries they came out quick but my babies didn’t want to eat there anymore so I got to go boxes and ended up just not taking anything because it was all garbage. After bringing the Togo boxes I asked her to take off MY MEAL ONLY I didn’t eat a bite of it she did and she never returned. I waited to see if she would bring our cheesecake she never did. So I went to the host stand she was coming around the corner and her whole expression changed from pleasant to irritated. I reminded her she never brough our cheesecake at this point it was literally 9:15. I told the host I needed a manager to take the cheesecake off he was extremely rude and said “well I already took the steak off” so I had to remind him I was going to pay for a cheesecake I never got and waited nearly 2 hours to get. I told him she could keep the tip and I wasn’t asking for the full ticket to be comped even though it should’ve been. I just wanted to leave. He took it off and was just unpleasant the entire time. Naya walked off shaking her head chuckling and said “ we could’ve just went to the freezer and just got it” as she walked away. Not realizing she shouldve “just went to the freezer” in the first place max The hostess decided to chime in while I was talking to the manager and said “ok we get it you like your stuff the way you like it” I ended up buying tuna packs for me and my babies and finally eating at 9:30. This place is so bad & unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend it. Again, I am I chef , a food blogger, and also a local guide who self employed and I run a catering business I would NEVER treat anyone they way we were treated. I wouldn’t waste my time eating here. Bad food, bad attitudes, bad service.

Bourbon Salmon 👏🙌😎... Definitely a must try. 😀 Special thanks to Anh-Tri N, my waiter at Malone's Steak & Seafood in Atlanta, Georgia. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this esteemed establishment, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm ambiance to the attentive service, Malone's provided a memorable evening. As a solo diner, I was treated with the utmost care and attention, making my visit truly enjoyable. Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the Bourbon Salmon. If you're a seafood lover like me, you're in for a real treat. Malone's has truly mastered the art of preparing this delectable dish. The salmon was perfectly cooked, boasting a delicate, flaky texture that practically melted in my mouth. The infusion of bourbon in the glaze lent a unique and tantalizing flavor that elevated the dish to new heights. The presentation of the Bourbon Salmon was impeccable, with a vibrant array of colors and a carefully crafted garnish. It was evident that the chefs at Malone's take great pride in their culinary creations, as every detail was meticulously executed. The portion size was generous, ensuring that I left the restaurant feeling satisfied but not overly stuffed. What truly impressed me about Malone's was their commitment to sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients. The salmon itself was incredibly fresh, and the accompanying side dishes were equally delightful. The wild rice pilaf provided a wonderful complement to the rich flavors of the salmon. It was evident that the chefs prioritized the harmony of flavors, resulting in a harmonious culinary experience. In addition to the outstanding food, Malone's also excelled in their service. Anh-Tri N, my waiter, was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was top-notch. From recommending the perfect wine pairing to providing insights on the menu, Anh-Tri N's expertise truly enhanced my evening. In conclusion, if you find yourself in Atlanta, Georgia, Malone's Steak & Seafood is a must-visit destination for seafood aficionados. The Bourbon Salmon, in particular, is a standout dish that exemplifies the culinary expertise and dedication to quality that Malone's is known for. With exceptional service from Anh-Tri N and a welcoming atmosphere, Malone's is a true gem in the heart of Atlanta.

We had the Pleasure of being served by Ms. Tanika, and honestly her Customer Service was 10 × better than the food frfr 2stars for TANIKA. The best dish we had were the FRIED GREEN TOMATOES, they were fresh and hand battered with the perfect thickness served with a horseradish ranch sauce. The next best thing we had were their pork chops, they were pretty big thick and extremely juicy. I think they are best known for their meats, because their sides were lacking saying is due to their new revised covid-19 menu. The potatoes were extra thick in extremely dry, instead of calling them mashed potatoes they were more like smashed potatoes. But what I hated the most was the Malone's pasta, the chicken and shrimp were delicious but they wouldn't know a real alfredo sauce if Red Lobster in Olive garden taped it to their back door. Malone's pasta reviews are horrible and it starts with their greasy alfredo sauce which is really a white gravy. Coming from someone who has made alfredo sauce from scratch I CAN TELL they used whole milk and flour as the base for their sauce instead of simple heavy cream and parmesan cheese. MALONE'S PASTA & GARLIC SMASHED POTATOES were both missing the same key ingredient REAL GARLIC CLOVE they may have used a tasteless powder. They're alfredo sauce would be better served as a white gravy on top of fried chicken and biscuits, or as a sausage gravy. The biggest telltale sign that this restaurant is fraudulent is the mushy frozen broccoli that's 2 minutes away from being baby food, and they're disgusting Caesar salad. Two of the simplest dishes, in which the only requirement to get them right is fresh ingredients. they have the makings of a great restaurants they just need to work on the simple things FRESH INGREDIENTS ARE THE BEST BEGINNING TO A REAL ALFREDO SAUCE, & BETTER SIDE DISHES. The restrooms were extremely outdated but clean & fresh smelling.

My family and I are staying in Atlanta for the night before we fly out to NY tomorrow. We wanted a good meal at a steakhouse. We looked up steakhouse and many of the ones first listed were mucho dinero. We finally scrolled to Malone's. All of our nice clothes are packed up. We were looking pretty casual so we wanted a venue that was casual too.

Arriving at Malone's, I didn't know how I was going to feel about the place. There were staff members out front hanging out. The building looked pretty run down. It wasn't the best first impression. We walked in and were instantly greeted by several people. We did make a reservation but it wasn't needed. It was early enough that it was still kinda slow.

We were sat at a table next to the big windows. We checked out our dinner menu while our server situation was being worked on. Our server was given a table and she had barely made it into work. The hostess grabbed our drink order and when our server finally arrived she dropped them off to us.

After looking over the menu, we all finally ordered dinner. My husband started off with a side ceaser salad. For our main course I got grilled shrimp and my husband got a ribeye. The sides are already predetermined for you. They don't want you to change your sides. It's good they are pretty common things. It would have been awful to be served something you're not interested in eating.

I appreciate how hot our plates were. It kept our food that much hotter from the kitchen to our table. My grilled shrimp looked fabulous! I got 10 chunky pieces of shrimp. They were grilled perfectly. They also gave me a generous side of rice pilaf. The rice was fluffy and buttery. The green beans were fresh! I like that they removed the stems off the green beans. It's amazing how many restaurants serve green beans with the stem on them still. I didn't leave one green bean on my plate. My husband's steak was juicy and tender. It was more cooked than he would have liked but since it was so tender he didn't mind. I love the char on the steak, it's my favorite. His mashed potatoes were tasty! Creamy, buttery and flavorful!

Sha'Daria did a fantastic job taking care of us tonight. She has a beautiful soul and I'm happy she took care of us. We got to end our trip with a great meal! If we are ever back in the Atlanta area, it's just common sense to eat here again. If you're looking for a casual steakhouse, Malone's...
