Atlanta has the busiest airport in the world. People fly from all over the world to visit or pass thru the city. The sad part is, because of its location and proximity to the airport and the car rental center, this may be some sad foreigners first experience at fast food.
If foreigners don’t already hate us, they will after eating here. They constantly are spending money on this location. FOR WHAT?! Nothing ever changes but the difficulty level of driving thru the parking lot. Enough is enough. Stop wasting money if it’s gonna just be the same trash service. Yall supposed to be a flagship location, putting on for the city. It’s NEVER a good experience. There has to be a petition we can sign to have this place shut down for good.
1st, it doesn’t matter if it’s 0 cars or 10 cars, they’re gonna make you wait. For no reason. 2nd, you’re gonna have to have to repeat yourself. Get ready for that. They’re going to serve you a stale/reheated burger. You think the wait is so they fix your food? Nope. It’s so they can have a dance party or do whatever else besides preparing fresh food. No napkins. You expect napkins? Go somewhere else. They don’t believe in napkins themselves and you think they’re gonna give you any? No. If you give them any modifications to your order, they’ll listen, they’ll put your modifications on the receipt to show they HEARD/understood you, then they just give you whatever they want. If you enjoy wasting your breath, this is the place for you. Just a bunch of folks waiting to not listen to you.
This location is a literal embarrassment to the city. We should demand more of people who represent us. And it’s BEEN this way so management/ownership doesn’t care. I have stories for days, this is just from tonight. But Im just tired of it being one of the places open late. It’s like they know folks don’t got options late so they purposely just mess up your orders on some anarchist type ish.
I just think Atlanta deserves better, but maybe thats...
Read moreI have tried to give this particular location a chance. However the lack of accountability from McDonald's customer service care has me beyond livid. My next step is contacting the health department. I placed a mobile order to show up and nobody is responding via the drive thru communication. I come around and a young lady is having a full-blown conversation with her other co-worker and also on her phone. It takes her roughly about four minutes so recognize that i'm actually there for her to then ask me "what you want" It took everything in me to remain professional.I gave up my order number She told me to pull to the front. I ordered the double fish sandwich meal large fries. You got to my job.I was given small fries and my fish sandwich was still frozen in the middle. 2 strikes on one visit. Tried again weeks during lunch time. The line was extremely long so I went inside to pick up my order. I am not a smoker tell me why my nuggets tasted like cigarettes! I asked a co worker to taste one just to ensure that I was not losing my mind. She was more mad than me and instantly spat it out. Each occasion I used app to contact customer service and all I was met with was we are sorry. No resolution no points given back no nothing. This establishment is absolutely trash. Customer service is also absolutely trash. Smok3 over people's food and then the ashes fall in the oil you people are sick. Shut...
Read moreThe cashier/order maker could have cared less for the patrons. You were forced to order via the kiosk. Which was probably best to reduce the interaction with the "cashier". She made my food, got an attitude when I asked for a knife and fork, and strawberry jam. Then proceeded to take an order payment before getting them. She slammed the utensils on the counter as though she wanted to break them. When I asked for salt and pepper, she stated, "I don't have any", again with attitude. I hesitated because I was having a good morning until I entered this fine establishment. If it hadn't been so close to breakfast ending, I would have left and went to another location. I proceeded to eat my food. I caught the manager's attention, and let her know I need to speak with her, she turned and went into the rear. Upon completing my breakfast, I approached the counter, the cashier saw me, however, she didn't acknowledge me. I let another employee know I wanted to see the manager. The manager came towards the front, placed something in the corner, and walked pass me as I was waiting at the front counter. I wanted to share with her my experience and to ask why there was an additional .40 upcharge for a small coffee, which already came with a meal. I've visited this location several times using the drive-thru, today I decided to venture to the inside, I don't know when...
