Wish I could give no stars. Made a mobile order like I always do at this location as a returning customer. I paid extra for a bottled drink. When i arrived they had a cup next to my order. I told the man there that i ordered the bottle. When i arrived he has just finished arguing with another woman who walked out saying she wasn’t going to do business there because he had her messed up. I guess he was still amped up from that argument but he kept going back and forth with me about me not paying for the bottle drink. I pulled out my receipt from my mobile order. He told me he didn’t care about my receipt, that my receipt didn’t matter, his receipt matters and that I made a mobile order. For one, if subway is promoting us to download the app to make mobile orders then why my receipt don’t matter? And if I PAID for my order especially paying for it on my phone why doesn’t my receipt matter. He finally gave in after putting on his glasses to see that i actually did pay extra for the bottle. He flagged the refrigerator, told me to ahead, and walked away. No apology. I felt very disrespected. I wish I would’ve gotten his name. But he kept my paper receipt. I always have a problem with this same guy about a drink. He acts like it comes out of his own pockets. He is very rude and unprofessional. He need to be retrained on customer service or find a different job. I will not be returning. I work down the street and all of my co workers go here for lunch. Read moreThe food is good (you basically make it yourself, very hard to mess up) but the customer service is HORRIBLE. I was not acknowledged at all when i came in. There was no one else in the store but me and two employees but I had to wait 20 minutes before anybody said a word to me and it was only because I spoke first. When I asked the male employee if they were just doing just online orders or closing early since I had just be standing there and he said they were "busy", again there was no one there but ME and he wasn't actually doing anything but walking back and forth. Then when I reply to His Weird comment, because I have no clue that he is on the phone.
